The Faro Jandia is a lovely, great value, hotel in a great location with a lovely beach and excellent hill walks. Great food and great facilities. Staff are helpful, professional and friendly. This is a hotel that cares about it guests. We arrived late at night after dinner had ended yet they put on a lovely meal for us. We left very early, about 1.5 hours before breakfast but they put in an early breakfast for us. Report a maintenance issue (we had one small one) and it was sorted ASAP. This was our second stay and it was even better than iur first. We will be coming back.

We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all. The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated having the choice between relaxing at the spa, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna, enjoying the outdoor pool, or spending time on the beautiful beach. The all-inclusive package was excellent. The bar offered a great variety of drinks throughout the day. Lunch was good, although the à la carte menu became a little repetitive during our stay, while the salad buffet was always fresh and enjoyable. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of dishes every evening, so everyone could easily find something they liked. We had a small issue with housekeeping, but it was resolved after a few requests and did not affect our overall experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel left a bottle of wine in our room. Although I do not drink wine, we truly appreciated the kind gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. I couldn’t give them higher marks. The staff were very attentive and polite. The room was big and balcony great. Perfect view of the sea and lighthouse. I asked for a quiet room before going and they did exactly that. Beds were comfy, with one harder and softer pillow to allow for all tastes. You are able to walk right out onto the shopping arcade and all the facilities. Brilliant for disabilities as there are no steps. Just a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach which also makes this accessible for wheelchairs. Lots of lovely squirrels which are very tame on the way through. There is also a promenade on the other side of the road which you can walk, cycle or other along to the other end of the beach. We were a little worried there would be road noise, but we heard nothing. There is evening entertainment if you are interested. Breakfast was decent with all of what you would expect. There is also a mini golf place if that tickles your fancy. We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment. I would go again.

Sehr gepflegtes wunderschönes Hotel, windstillgelegener gemütlicher Poolbereich, sehr nettes Personal.

The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review.

Essen Abends lauwarm. Abendessen kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Tennisplätze waren mit Katzenkacke verschmutzt. Taubenkacke auf den Sonnenschirmen. Fliesen am Swimmingpool sowie Liegen und Beistelltische werden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Bar sowie Alacard Restaurant sehr gut.

Essen ist ok. Betten sind ok. Fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Leider gab es im Spa gerade Sanierungsarbeiten, was diesen Bereich ungenießbar machte.

Super Lage! Riesiger Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Superior Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Liegen. Am Pool immer genug Liegen frei, das „Reservieren“ der Liegen wird vom Personal aktiv eingedämmt.

Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahren gekommen. Die Badzimmer sind zwar sauber aber schwer verbraucht. Rennovierung wäre dringend nötig.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Speisenangebot könnte ein wenig mehr Auswahl bieten und das Essen sollte heiß bzw warm und nicht lauwarm sein.

Tolles Hotel - wenn auch schon etwas älter - gepflegt und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal! Tipp: Kennzeichnung bei der Essensauswahl z.B. ob vegan etc..

Es war morgens sehr laut. Das Essen war leider ( für unseren Geschmack ) nicht gut.
