Checkin was painful. Hotel asked for more money for kids and lot of documentation. I have been to many other hotels in India. I felt staff was collecting unnecessary documentation and pics of every person including kids.

My stay at the hotel on the 17th Feb was not pleasant due to the room given was very noisy as I guess there was a party next to my window & bathroom. I needed a peaceful sleep. That was my second time I stayed and I wouldn't stay there again or would recommend that to anyone.

Bandra West is an amazing area of Mumbai to eat (from street food to high end restaurants), shop and wonder around (for example the sea side), and in that sense the hotel is very well located. The rooms are fine: relatively clean and equipped, but the price is significantly higher than in other places in India which makes one feel being ripped. However, I wasn't able to find anything similar in the area for this price, so I won't complain further. Overall, it's a fine hotel to stay if you're doing tourism on a budget: don't expect a lot, but enough to go by just fine.

Close to Bandra shopping centre. Good location. Breakfast average. Hotel Needs to be renovated but overall okay.

So, whats good about the hotel is that it is fairly decent stay for its per day rate and it is in a good, busy locality of Mumbai- Bandra. Shopping, restaurants, cabs and autos are easily accessible. The hotel's restaurant is pretty good both in quality and service. The areas of improvement are: poor wifi service, the attitude of the hotel for extra charges for every small thing. The cleanliness could be improved upon.

The Overall stay with my family was pretty good. We were all happy with everything. The hotel staff were very polite and decent as well as the room and hotel was clean. Especially the manager was very cooperative and helpful too. Overall according to the pricing and location, i would say the best.

they had rats in the room. its says free wifi but it is only given to one person and to connect is horrible

WIFI does not work

Found on Travelocity. Good neighborhood for foreign visitors. Modest price range hotel, good value.

It was booked mainly for Parents. They are happy with stay so giving good rating. Main purpose was official work at Bandra Kurla Complex.

Was disappointed because Expedia promised complimentary shuttle to the airport (we arrived by rail) but on our departure they refused to give us complimentary transport to the airport. I called Expedia from Mumbai to ask them to talk to the hotel management, which your Rep did call, but the person at the front desk said they were busy and to call back later. I just gave up.

I was surprised by the fact that the room had a small balcony. Although no view, it is nice to have for making the room more airy. Good restaurants nearby and places to have a drink right across the street. Upbeat neighborhood, shopping all over, and even possible to take an extended stroll to the boardwalk on the ocean. Blocks to the train station and so MUCH better than the Colaba area! Small complaint: no beer service in the room and the breakfast is adequate to good.

It was a good experience. Breakfast was good, everyone was friendly, to my experience if I travel to Mumbai I will book this same hotel.
