Excellent

Room towels were very spent & old. For breakfast, hotel didn’t have waffles. When I asked why, I was told that they ran out of the waffle mix. Overall, very limited options for breakfast. On the other hand, hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

Poor breakfast

We only staid one night. Nice hotel, nice room with mini fridge and microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking, clean, safe, nice breakfast, close to downtown Saint Augustine. I have no problem staying again and recommending it.

The property is good but the breakfast so bad !

We found a lot of hairs on the bathtub and the bed. The bathroom floor looked dirty. Stains on the mattress and the sheets. It was disgusting. I feel bad because the staff was really nice and attentive, but If you're looking for a clean hotel don't go there.

The outside grounds were not even maintained. The hotel looked dirty on the outside. The room was clean and good.

The hospitality, breakfast, nice hot coffee and location was great The hotel does need to change what they use on their lines when washing them. Eyes got flared up. Causing allergies

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist Top. Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, Zimmer mit Blick zum künstlichen See. Grösse der Zimmer, Betten, Bad alles von guter und sauberer Qualität. Kompetentes, freundliches Personal. Poll und Jacuzzi sauber und zweckmässig. Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit Früchten. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus inkl. Gerne wieder.

Seems like a new hotel. Room is kinda small but ok. Just not used to smaller rooms

Perfect for what we needed!

I enjoyed my stay at the motel. Housekeeping could happen more often. During a 3 night stay, we were not afforded housekeeping.

This hotel was a nice find! We got the king suite to accommodate our pets. It was comfortable. Great for the price. The air wasn’t as cool as we’d like but it was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and it was quiet. Area outside near pond was great for walking the dog. Never had time to check out pool but it looked nice. Gym looked nice though we didn’t use. Husband wasn’t a fan of breakfast so we ended up eating out instead. Overall, great price good stay and staff was very friendly and inviting.

Dated property. Carpet floor in the rooms smell terrible. Towels are worn out. Front desk staff are friendly. I do not recommend this property.
