I got this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. I do need to be honest; my room was adequate and fine for my short stay, but needed refreshing. The carpet was clean but could stand to be replaced, the bathroom had water damage on the ceiling, peeling paint/plaster and some staining on the counter but again, it was clean and had plenty of clean towels. Water pressure was adequate, hot water was actually hot. They have Dove soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom which was fine. Bed was very very soft, with lots of soft pillows. Not my favorite but its somebody's. It had clean linens and I made it work for the time I was there. Working Kureg, tiny refrigerator with small freezer and a microwave was included in the room. Their room coffee is a decent brand. Room AC was very cold. That appeals to some people (it got too cold for me) I didn't have breakfast though it was included(no time), and I didn't use any other facilities, so no comment on those. Parking lot is big. Staff was very nice (its Kansas City, thats expected) My biggest dislike was how it was situated on the road + walls/ceilings are thin. If you have people above you, next to you, they'll be heard (felt if they have heavy feet). The hotel itself near grocery stores, chain restaurants, gas stations and about hour to the airport. The price paid was fair. For short stays (for me) the negatives aren't deal breakers and can be worked through.

I have watched the place become a garbage hotel in the last 4 years. Fourth year in a row Pool was down when I got there. Waiting on inspection. The breakfast was not Holiday Inn Express breakfast not same food, no cinnamon rolls. The Room air was poor, Internet was so bad unusable. All I can say is I have never seen a HOTEL become so second rate this fast. The owners, the Patel's, have cut every corner- this will be our last time here. Very concerned that this place caries a HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS- they use to have a nice standard-- LONG GONE!

Overall the property was nice. The pool was closed and the ice maker on the lower level was not working. Continental breakfast could be improved by offering fresh fruit. Nice grassy areas around the property to walk a dog. Suggest putting in a dog waste station.

Everything was ok except the water didn’t drain properly and the bottles of shampoo and body wash were empty or broken. They gave us new bottles. We never mentioned the drain on the way out

I’m here for 2 days, I will not be coming back, refrigerator in room does not work, no towels in the pool, waiting over an hour for a room just a very unpleasant day and I still have one more to go

Took forever to check in. Took 4 hours to get clean towels. No service

The pictures were a little deceptive. It looks a little brighter and cleaner in the photos, but it definitely has kind of a creepy aesthetic to it when you first walk it. Just very dim lighting and eerily quiet.

The room was very dated. Entry room light and overhead light in bathroom - burned out. Bed rolled to middle. Shower ok, except for the mold in the corners, and vanity and shower soap dispensers not functioning. Carpet needed cleaning. TV remote was broken. A/C put out humid air. Worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in!

Decent hotel near Kaufman Stadium. It could use some upgrades, but it was fine fir what we needed. Getting on and off the property is, frankly, hazardous because of passing traffic. The roadway traffic makes entering traffic quite tricky. Decent breakfast, nice staff, and reasonable rates will allow me to return despite the traffic issue.

I feel it’s a little rundown but it was very very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing and very king. They felt like family.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room size was bigger than anticipated. Breakfast was mediocre but provided so there's that. The picture of the pool was deceiving and turned out to be much smaller than expected but it did what it needed. We stayed on an extremely hot weekend and the a/c kept up and rooms stayed comfortable, definitely a huge plus. Location is good but entering/exiting can be difficult as you're turning on a road that is busy and fast. Price was average. Overall would stay here again if in the area.

Spent one night here while moving. It’s less than 10 minutes to the baseball and football stadiums. Room was solid and the staff was nice. The internet was spotty in our room but that’s my only complaint.

It was an unplanned trip due to the flash floods and tornado in the area. The room was Clean and the pool was a heated pool which is great. Kids enjoyed the breakfast.

The bathroom was all, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, dispensers didn't work. Tub was dirty. Breakfast bar wasn't replenished , no decaf coffee, dirty tables

No outside door fobs work. The whole hotel has a smell of marijuana. Breakfast was limited and not restocked and it had only been open for 30 minutes. Extreme noise disturbance above our room from 12am-2am, stomping feet and running around. Was fine for the quick stay we needed, but nothing for luxuriness.
