民宿非常舒適又乾淨，位置也是在市中心，到哪裡都很方便。房東非常友善，提供很多有用的旅遊資訊，是一個很棒的民宿。

Rigtig god lejlighed i et fint kvarter. Gåafstand til mange ting og kort til metro/sporvogn. Skønne restauranter i nabolaget. Kommunikationen med udlejer fungerede fint og vejledning ift nøgle og alt omkring lejligheden var super.

Stayed here back in May on my vacation to Budapest. The stay was okay as it had a washing machine and balcony to dry our clothes. The downside was that the bathroom was really small, and it was hard to use the shower head in the bath tub. Also the rails of the shower curtain kept coming off. Overall was a nice stay.

スムーズにチェックインが出来、とても快適でした。 周りに多くのレストランやカフェがあり、夜遅くにひとりで歩いていても不安はありませんでした。 お部屋も清潔で、必要な物は全て揃っていました。

Great apartment. Very spacious and has all you would need.

Great locality, close to quality shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. Close to public transport. 15 min. Walk to the Danube for the most panoramic view by night. Advise taking Uber over Taxis as they have a cheaper rate. A larger supply of utensils would have prevented overuse of dishwasher as you cannot wash up as there is no sink plug.

I highly recommend Opera Residence for a great, easy stay in Budapest! The host, Krisztián was very helpful in providing comprehensive information about check-in, the apartment itself, and also a lot of very helpful information about Budapest and Hungary. The apartment was nice and clean, the washing machine was fantastic, and clothes dried very quickly with the clothes rack out on the balcony. The kitchen was great, with plenty of utensils, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher! The only problem I encountered was the shower drain is possibly a bit blocked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, Krisztián!

Fantastic location, so central - near to supermarkets and public transport but still very quiet. Communication great with host who couldn't have been more helpful. We had a brilliant time! Thoroughly recommend.

The studio we stayed in was neat and clean but showing its age. Minor maintenance issues were attended to promptly by Krisztian who is very friendly and helpful. Amenities included kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full oven and cooktop and small fridge and very basic cooking/eating equipment. That said, equipment was adequate for our needs as we did not cook a meal. There are several small supermarkets close and a Lidl and large Spar near station, about 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was clean and tidy with washing machine, but had had quite a few patch-up jobs done. Bed was comfortable although pillows were very small and thin and linen appeared quite old but adequate. Location is great as you can walk to most places, or if over 65, use public transport for free. There are also a few nice cafes nearby, eg Cafe D81 which did great and different breakfasts.

Loved this apartment right in the heart of the Opera area of Budapest, Krisztian our host was fabulous his detailed information was amazing and the information YouTube videos brilliant, this is the best apartment to stay in Budapest especially if you want a well stocked utensils kitchen if you like cooking, lovely ensuite, safe place to rest and enjoy your holiday.

A great little apartment for our stay. The washing machine is a bonus! The instructions for finding the property, checking in and then some recommendations were all very clearly communicated by the host via whats app. They also allowed earlier check-in. Good location.

Couldn't have been a better hotel experience in amazing Budapest. Working with hotel staff was always enjoyable/productive. Remote check-in was easy given informative attachment provided. We got lucky with early check-in due to an early checkout and coordination/cooperation of delightful housekeeping staff. Location was ideal, 5-10 min walk to some sites (inc. Metro stops), 5-10 min taxi to most others. Coffee shop, grocery store, bar and several restaurants were all within 2 min walk on safe/quiet street. Apartment was clean/functional with everything in working order. Wifi and TV with streaming capability were nice upgrades since we both were somewhat "under the weather" at the end of our 2.5 week European holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel - and have to my sister/bil for their trip next spring - to anyone wanting a great hotel in a great city.

A great location! Hop on Hop Off station close by so as the popular Cathedral in Budapest. Lots of restaurants and supermarket is stone throw away. Unfortunately, the bed linen weren’t changed when we checked in, this is something basic when you are in hospitality industry! But the issue was resolved the following day.
