Feel so old

This place was horrrible

Although our stay was good, a few items identified as being free are not included unless you are one of their 'Family Club' Members which if you are going for the first time, you will not be. Things not included were mainly concentrated on the kids i.e. ice cream parlour, kids club etc. Staff were all very friendly and the place was clean. A lot of renovation/building work ongoing whilst we were there but they seemed to manage it well and it wasn't noisy etc. One of the pool bars was closed (whilst work was going on in that area) so that left everyone in the one main pool remaining unless you wanted a quiet swim.

everything was just amazing

This property is definitely older and it shows in lots of areas like buildings and the edges of the pool. The service was outstanding and the cleanliness was second to none. The drinks were delicious and the food was OK. The pasta station and the omelette station were the best.

J’ai apprécié beaucoup les allées, le paysage, les restaurants, les spectacles, le personnel, tous sauf l’accès a la mer. Il faut faire plus d’effort pour donner accès a la mer et outiller bien les travailleurs pour nettoyer les algues morts pour diminuer l’odeur dans cette période.

Overall, my experience was great! However, I was disappointed with the gift shop near the lobby. They were unpleasant and seemed to upcharge items even when prices were clearly marked. Also, I wish there were more food options that didn’t include pork — a bit more variety would have been appreciated.

We liked it but the restaurant and also food was not good at all. The buffet was not good and we expected more for the price

Wish the beach was available. All the seaweed caused issues. Also since there was construction many of the restaurants were not open

Was really good, but the service wasn't that good, 😕. The resort was very big and the food wasn't cooked very well. But we had very good time family with 3kids 😍

Most of the staff was excellent very helpful and attentive. Specially one bartender her name is Margarita very nice attitude and her service was exeptional.

Everything was good

This hotel was simply put, amazing !!! Me and my family had an absolute wonderful time here from start to finish. This is a great family friendly hotel. The hotel itself is gigantic with many fantastic pools with swim up bars and beach access. The restaurants and food are great!! The buffet is super clutch and the French and Thai restaurant are delicious. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Always refilling your drinks and always available for help. The rooms are great !! Huge, cool, great beds and showers, and free mini bar with drinks that gets re-stocked everyday. 1 thing I wish they had, was food by the pools. Also 1 thing about the hotel, it is HUGE so get ready to walk! Overall I highly recommend this hotel. Great food, rooms, pool, night shows and service. A great experience for me and my family and we can’t wait to go back !! Thanks Grand Princess Riviera!!!

I really like all the wuld animals on the property. It really felt like you were staying in the wild.

pools close early. would stay at the adults only side. not much to do if you’re not on the adults only side.

We just returned from a 10-day stay at the Princess Grand Riviera, and unfortunately, it was far from the relaxing vacation we had hoped for. First and foremost, the resort is under major construction — something we weren’t made aware of beforehand. The work happening at the neighboring Princess Sunset is directly affecting the pool area with constant noise and limited access. It really took away from the atmosphere. The beaches were another major letdown. They were completely covered in seaweed and not swimmable at all during our stay. We ended up driving about 30 minutes to a beach club just to find clean, swimmable water. That really added time, effort, and cost we weren’t expecting. The food was incredibly repetitive and honestly not very good. We ate the same few things every single night to the point where we couldn’t take it anymore. We ended up eating dinner off-resort at Fifth Avenue five times just to have something decent and different. We had stayed at this resort years ago and had a great experience, but this time was such a disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the construction is finished, the food is improved, and the beach is actually usable again.
