The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. They had a pool and a gym. Overall was a good stay.

Signing into wifi was a bit annoying... but otherwise, nice stay, very quiet.

The staff was very courteous, polite, and seemed to care about the guests. Hotel was clean and what you'd expect out of a 3 star establishment. We elected a 2nd floor room because we have a toddler, and didn't want the pitter patter of little feet to disturb guests below. Ironically, the guests in the room above us were what you'd call 1 star people in a 3 star hotel. Loud, rude, heavy footed and crazy. After 10pm, two calls were made to the front desk for the staff to rectify the problem. They did in short order. In summary, Hampton Inn Macomb wasnt a bad place to stay, but if you are asked a room preference, take the top floor if you want to sleep.

The welcome was super friendly and professional. Great experience checking in. The room had a funky smell. Not off putting enough to move, but just a little odd. Bedding was on the older side too. Last note, the water had a strange taste. Thanks maybe specific to the area and not the hotel. Just a note. Overall for the price and convenience, it's a good option. Service was terrific.

Just satisfied with everything

Hotel seemed clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. There was an assortment of food but the apple juice tasted watered down. We were on the 4th floor. Every time we walked around our room it sound like we were stomping on the floors. I really hope we didn't bother those below us.
