Genel itibariyle kesinlikle bir kez daha ziyaret edilebilir otel, Lakin 5 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen executive katı hizmeti satın almanıza rağmen "sizin buraya giriş hakkınız yokmuş" gibi amatörce tavırlar sergileyebilecek çalışanlara sahip olduğu gerçeği mevcut.

Reasonable!

Beds very comforable and maids very nice. Reported black mold in the shower to managment and they claimed it was "old" and not "mold". Doormen rarely opened the doors for us, but were helpful to get a taxi and the food from the restaurant on the 18 floor was not good (shrimp caesar salad and burnt hamburger). The pizza restaurant was very good. The 18th floor restaurant also wouldnt let wife dine there because of antibiotic drip which is total discrimination. Their booking rates were higher than on hotels.com.

Otoparkta yer olmasına rağmen vale bizi başka yere yönlendirdi. Otel merkezi konumda. Yatakların değişmesi lazım çok yumuşak. Personel saygılı ve yardımsever. Kahvaltı ve executive loungedaki yemekler de güzel.

Lobiden restoran kısmına kadar tüm çalışanlar kibar ve ilgiliydi.Odalar gayet geniş ve temizdi.Samimi ve konforlu bir konaklama oldu.

イスタンブール空港には近くの地下鉄駅からのアクセスが良いので予約をしました。高層階からの眺めは素晴らしかったです。部屋も清潔で快適にすごせました。フロントの対応もよかったです。

Otel çok güzel heryere yakın olamsı özellikle Temiz ferah tavsiye edilebilir. Sadece müşteri olarak çay ve kahvenin ücetsiz olmasını isteriz.

Area is quiet but away from the main tourist sites. If you like that, this is for you.
