Melhor resort que ja ficamos, é espetacular, ainda mais com criancas, muitas piscinas, parquinho na piscina e fora da piscina, sorveteria artesanal, quartos amplos, boa internet, comida espetacular. Drinks, cerveja.. Pé na praia wm fremte ao hotel, azul cristalina e quente!

Hotel is superb. Family and children focused. Food is 5-star.

Went with my family for 4 days, when I wanted to make a reservation in the restaurants of the resort, they told me that I have to make a reservation 7 days prior to the date, and that reservation has to be once you have checked in to the hotel. So, physically and logically IMPOSSIBLE. We had to get food only at the buffet, which was terribly, bad quality and very few options to eat. Don’t recommend to any family to spend time there, my 6 and 10 years kids didn’t enjoyed it, needless to say, my wife and myself were really disappointed.

Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. We stayed for 5 nights and the restaurants were all booked up before we arrived! Luckily the staff were able to squeeze us in a couple of times which we really appreciated. It’s not advertised that these are bookable only and you may not get to eat in them (eg Greek/mexican/steakhouse) but other than that, lovely trip and will be back.

Great hotel for family breaks. National park and beach are great and there are plenty of activities for the kids.

CheckIn process was wonderful. I forget her name but I think it was Carol (something with C) who checked us in and Maria who assisted her explained us the whole process. We could check in ealier and we were so thankful. Also did we got a room upgrade without additional cost. Someone helped us with our luggage and we could also enjoy the lunch in the hotel. The entertainment was cool. The Hotel was more on the kids side but we didn't care. The pool was nice and the beach very close. Unfortunately all the themed restaurant were fully booked and we could "only" enjoy the buffet restaurant. The selection and staff were great. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would be definitely come back next time. Thank you so much for everything!

It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so we hired a car and we’re very glad we did. Free easy parking right outside the hotel. Would recommend and return in the future when our children are a bit older so that they can try different activities next time. Thank you to all of the staff - housekeeping, service staff, reception, kids clubs, entertainment - everyone looks like they enjoy working there and make it a very enjoyable stay.

Our family of 4 went and it was the perfect vacation. Kids absolutely loved all of the playgrounds and kids friendly activities. So clean and great staff.

We came to Albufera Park with my 3 year old son for some autumn sun and we were really impressed with the hotel. I should start by saying this is a family hotel and it does that brilliantly, if you do not have children I probably wouldn’t recommend. The recent renovation means the whole place is really smart and the cleaners do a fantastic job of keeping up with everything, it was spotless. The food and drinks were varied and plentiful. I am a vegetarian and my son has a dairy allergy. Both were catered for although I must call out that the food labels (which had allergens on) were often on the wrong foods, as long as you are aware of that and check the food yourself it’s fine. The entertainment schedule is also really varied and includes fitness classes, evening shows, bands from outside the hotel, and even things like cocktail classes and Spanish fan making which my son really enjoyed! The kids club looked great but my son was too young, I’m sure they would have welcomed him but he’s happy in the sand of the beautiful beach that the hotel has direct access to. The other point to celebrate is the fact the hotel is doing a lot to be eco friendly, and not just shouting about it. No single use plastics, refillable cups when glass isn’t appropriate, and I love that the room key was a tag on our bracelets. All standard drinks are self service which we found really convenient and efficient but you can also go to the bar for a finer drink such as cocktails. Loved it.

Great if traveling with kids.

Humidity in room is very High, very moisty and have a bad smell. Cleaning in room was not so good. Hotel food, restaurant, pools and generel service is very good and very High. Really a Nice hotel only the rooms was very nasty, all our close smell moisty and like it did not get dry after washing.
