Clean and friendly. Great space in the rooms

Quite a lovely property! The room was clean and pristine with a high historic windows and lots of lighting. I loved the majestic marble staircase around the lobby area. I was able to sit quietly and work in the common area. The staff was nice. Hotel valet was included with m room package which was a fantastic deal. I will definitely stay again when in Baltimore.

Great stay for the price. Large rooms, comfortable bed. More amenities would have been nice, but the price and location was good.

Urine smell in unit 810 bathroom. Toilet seat needs replacement. No remote for fitness tv. Beautiful property.

Everything in this building is absolutely gorgeous. Prettiest hotel/room I've ever stayed in. Also had amazingly kind and helpful people working there, and everything was perfect.

Architecturally, the building is magnificent.

Very nice and super cooperative had an issue with the AC in our room and they were quick to send somebody to check it out and give us another room. Very clean hotel with tons of art and will definitely be coming back for another stay

Recently renovated. Great hotel and clean!!! Staff were attentive and polite! Valet is $55/night and there is a $75 incidental hold per night. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but I heard it was good! I Would stay here again.

Had a great experience. Only downside was there was ?o garbage pail in the room. Only in the bathrm.

Great stay at the hotel for a event at the CFG Center that a block away. The parking valet guys very nice and helpful. Only thing i can complain about is no vending machines in the building for drinks.

The location saved a ton on gas . We walked everywhere. Very clean but during prom so a little noisy when first walking in but all in all very pleasant.

Newly remodeled the hotel was clean and staff very helpful. Location was great but the neighborhood around the hotel at night was a little sketchy. All in all I would stay there again.

Pretty hotel friendly staff in a good location; however the day before leaving we were out all day and night and came home to find the room was not cleaned and no towels for morning showers and needed to get to airport. Call desk at 9 pm no answer. they then called me and said they would send towels right away. One hour later and exhausted we were still waiting. Called again at 10 and they showed up about 15 minutes later

I love the renovation. I do not care for the lack of a shower door but it was great other than that.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in downtown Baltimore, this is the place; however, your room will only have the bare minimum essentials. A room that sleeps 4; 2 sets of towels, one roll of toilet tissue, a very small table with 2 chairs, and no desk. In addition, they do not offer a complimentary breakfast and parking is $55 per night.
