Limpeza, café da manhã, localização e só! Nem vou por as fotos que tirei por conta da atenção, mas mesmo com tentativas de reforma, tinha muita coisa quebrada e que deixavam o ambiente deplorável! Infelizmente!!!

Only complaint was the bed was too soft and support system wasn’t adequate. Service was excellent and breakfast fresh and plentiful.

Too small room no place for my small things. Shower booth too small and cannot move well for wash. No cup in bath. Only one towel for two nights. Breaks so so.

The room was very clean although we had an issue with the toilet pouring out water when it was flushed. They offered to change our room but we only had one night left. Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. The description says there's laundry facilities but the man on night duty said there isn't. He mentioned about a laundromat two blocks away and it was great. The hotel is a very easy walk from the Ravenna train station. There's also a very decent breakfast included. I would stay again despite the noisy bikes.

This hotel is good value, noting its good location and especially the breakfast offering. As well, the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Pro - good location, front desk clerk friendly. Con- elevator did not work, AC did not work, fridge did not work, poor water pressure, mold in shower, no drinking glasses in room, extremely noisy location! Would not recommend…

O hotel é bom do ponto de vista da localização. Muito perto da estação de trem o que facilita muito. A equipe de funcionários é ótima. São prestativos, educados, gentis. Todos eles. A acomodação é limpa, roupas de cama e banho limpos. Quanto a receptividade não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Entretanto o hotel é antigo, com instalações velhas, o banheiro muito pequeno, sem dreno no box, que estava quebrado. Pia do banheiro sem ralo e é impossível se enxugar dentro do banheiro após o banho. Mas é um hotel que atende a viajantes menos exigentes. Eu queria um lugar limpo para dormir e me serviu completamente. O valor pago era condizente com o serviço prestado. Quando saí do hotel tinha uma equipe reformando os corredores, então eu acredito que esforços estão sendo feitos para melhoria.

Två nätter på hotellet. Bra läge nära centralstationen. Hotellet är i stort behov av renovering/sanering. Vägglöss i det första rummet, blev biten från topp till tå. Fick byta rum för natt två. Fick iallafall 20 EUR av receptionen för att köpa antihistamin för klådan... Trots pris kan jag inte rekommendera hotellet.

La chambre était confortable et le chauffage fonctionnait bien. Le personnel aimable et aidant. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Fabulous overnight near rail station, walkable to everything. Kind, accommodating, conscientious people. Pristinely clean room, good heat for winter, and hot water shower, small but adequate. View will be better when refurbishment of adjacent building is finished.

La camera non era una camera ma poco più di un tugurio . Arredi pochi e fatiscenti, porta del bagno con maniglie spezzate. In bagno nessun appoggio per asciugamani. Sono rimasti solo i tasselli di quelli che una volta erano mensole o appendini. In doccia il buco senza grata. Un forte odore di figna.Sopra la testata del letto uscivano dal muro i fili elettrici. Tenda rotta e macchiata. Muri sporchi. Non avevo alternative dovendo correre il giorno seguente la maratona, altrimenti me ne sarei andato. A nulla è valso farlo presente alla reception che pur con gentilezza non ha accettato il cambio camera. Intero albergo è in fase di ristrutturazione ma non mi sembra corretto offrire quel genere di camera . Per una note a nivembre 87.50€

I found the staff at the Roma Hotel to be very nice, and the coffee served here is excellent. The location is also fairly good, which is definitely a positive. I also appreciate that it appears to be a family-run place, which I generally prefer to support over large chain hotels. Unfortunately, everything else is downhill from there. The pictures online must have been taken many years ago, as the reality is very different. The lift is covered in graffiti, my bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture in the bedroom was falling apart. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and gave off a strong mildew smell, making the stay unpleasant. It’s clear this hotel hasn’t had any meaningful investment in recent years. While I wanted to like it because of the people and the family-owned feel, the overall condition made it very disappointing.
