Listless staff.

It was fine, needs refurbishment

Nydelig arkitektur, men interiøret i søylehallen nede og i restauranten manglet blomster og detaljer. Rommet var greit møblert og hadde gode senger. Frokosten var bra, mens hovedretten til middag var uvant liten. Hadde trodd vi skulle spise i kjelleren, så atmosfæren oppe ble ikke som forventet dessverre.

Jolie chambre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Personnel disponible, agréable et à l'écoute. Hôtel idéalement situé.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly with hair on the floor, grime on the hand hold for the bath and the shower screen was grubby. The ambiance was pleasant but the staff in the restaurant were brusque and not very helpful.

Amazing location and beautiful hotel. Úbeda is definitely worth visiting. Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Front desk staff were very helpful, I forgot my charger and they provided a spare.

Lovely building great staff but very difficultctovgetcto . Cannot be reached by car.problems with internet connections and shower the didn’t work

La habitación espectacular

Perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff with excellent English speakers among them. Great breakfast. But for some reason one of our rooms was much nicer than the other and much of the hotel was undergoing renovation and there was scaffolding inside and out.

Leider wurde grossflächig renoviert. Kein Lärm aber der Gesamteindruck hat doch gelitten. Personal sehr freundlich, vor Allem im Restaurant !Hohe Zimmer mit originellem Plattenboden!

Generally great! The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations during our stay, but we nevertheless enjoyed it very much. There is no parking on site and there is no ramp to bring the luggage inside, which is a bit of a bummer. The restaurant of the hotel is terrific!
