Complexe bien mais un peu isolé obligé d'être véhiculé. Buffet complet et très varié mais la salle est en sous-sol donc très bruyant et très chaud. Les piscines sont très bien et les activités variées. Superette bien garnies et location de voiture et scooter sur place. Crique/plage a 5 mins de l'hotel tres sympa avec location de canoe et kayak. Spectacle tous les soirs. Les dames de chambres sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelles particulièrement Leila qui est aux petits soins afin que vous ne manquez de rien.

Increíble todo el personal y hotel

Food was ok but a bit repetitive. Beach was close to hotel but not very close and was not a nice beach at all. Staff were really nice. The atmosphere was very nice, no fighting for chairs by pool (there were plenty). Nice mix of families and couples.

Dans l’ensemble tout était correct notamment le personnel, la piscine, les animations étaient très agréable. Néanmoins le ménage est à revoir, on peut venir toquer à votre porte à 10H en disant qu’on as 1H pour sortir comme à 14H le ménage est assez bâclé et on as appelé souvent pour signaler ça. à part c’était sympathique calme. Cela fait 3 ans que l'on vient et toujours un grand plaisir ! Appart super, très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe qui est aussi très disponible et aidante, piscine parfaite pour tous, situation au calme ....le rêve !

Sejour agreable propre avec des animations, pas trop de monde malgré le pont du 14juillet . Parking tout autour de l hotel ,chambre spacieuse

La qualité est correcte. En revanche, l'hôtel a clairement besoin d'un important rafraîchissement. Il serait judicieux de profiter de la basse saison pour entreprendre des rénovations et effectuer un nettoyage en profondeur de l'établissement. Il est également regrettable de constater la présence de nombreux déchets dans différentes zones de l'hôtel. Les terrasses, quant à elles, n'étaient pas suffisamment entretenues et étaient souvent couvertes de fientes d'oiseaux, ce qui nuit à l'expérience des clients. Concernant le restaurant, la nourriture est correcte, sans être particulièrement mémorable. Un effort pourrait être fait afin de proposer une cuisine plus qualitative. Il serait aussi intéressant de sensibiliser les clients au gaspillage alimentaire, car les quantités de nourriture jetées sont impressionnantes. Pour la piscine, il était appréciable de toujours trouver des transats disponibles. En revanche, il serait souhaitable d'interdire leur réservation dès le petit matin par des serviettes, une pratique malheureusement fréquente qui pénalise les autres vacanciers. Enfin, les animateurs sont sympathiques et investis, mais les activités proposées sont très répétitives. Un peu plus de diversité et d'innovation dans le programme d'animations rendraient le séjour beaucoup plus agréable.

Personale gentilissimo il giorno del arrivo essendo arrivati molto prima del check in ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e permesso di stare in piscina. Il problema è un il bagno la porta non si chiude e avrei messo una mensola comunque il mio soggiorno è stato buono

Di solito non lascio recensioni ma faccio una eccezione perchè la struttura davvero merita e, secondo me, i giudizi che ho letto non rispecchiano la realtà dei fatti. La struttura è un quattro stelle e non tre come appare su alcuni siti. Inoltre, per alcuni servizi che offre, si posiziona più vicina ad un cinque stelle che ad un quattro. La struttura si presenta bene, relativamente nuova e complessivamente molto curata e pulita. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato molto disponibile e serio. Ho avuto la fortuna di alloggiare in uno degli edifici meglio dislocati (Taurus) e in una stanza che mi permetteva di vedere il mare dal terrazzo. La struttura ha due piscine: una più grande e una più piccola un pò più riservata. La spiaggia (Cala Canutells) si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Il posto risulta un pò isolato ma risulta distante appena 15 minuti dall'aeroporto (con un taxi si spende tra i 15 e 20 €) e 20 minuti da Mahon con l'auto. A questo proposito consiglio di affittare l'auto tramite l'albergo perchè ho trovato prezzi migliori che in aeroporto. La stanza era ampia e dotata di ogni confort. Ho optato per la mezza pensione (colazione + cena) ma sin dal check-in mi hanno comunicato che potevo cambiare il pranzo con la cena senza alcun problema. Il ristorante è self-service. Cucina internazionale. Livello proporzionato alla categoria. Nella struttura poi ci sono un supermarket e una lavanderia a gettoni. Dopo il check-out viene messa a disposizione una camera di cortesia.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and its convenient location just 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spacious and nicely furnished/decorated. We were staying on an all inclusive basis but it was great to have the small kitchen facilities in the room. The hotel itself is made up of blocks of rooms either over 2 or 3 floors and the gardens/grounds were well maintained and made for a lovely setting. We liked the configuration of the pool areas which meant it catered for those travelling without children but also families too. We stayed mid June and there was absolutely no problem getting a sun bed at anytime. These were comfortable too and umbrella’s were plentiful. There was lounge outdoor seating for drinks away from the pool. Food at the hotel was good offering a wide selection at all meals. I’d seen comments about food not being hot enough but only experienced this from the pasta station. Our only disappointment regarding the food was the actual dining room which is in the basement of the hotel offering no views and quite a noisy experience each meal time. We have left feedback at the hotel about this as this could be improved by using some dividers so it feels less like a canteen. You can eat upstairs outside but only from the snack bar. Wine glasses in the restaurant are small tumblers so we resorted to getting a glass from the bar upstairs and taking it in to dinner. Great staff at this hotel, very accommodating we’d stay again.

Good bits - nice room, good breakfast, brilliant pool area for toddlers, nice pizza place on the roof, other guests were lovely, calm and not busy always had sub beds, fun entertainment Bad - very lazy cleaners, no service at pool only caters to all inclusive packages so feel it’s missing the service element, staff really mixed some are soo lovely and other rude and couldn’t care less, apartment access is bad for buggies no lift lots of stairs

Amazing property!! in such a convenient location too :) We rented a car but there’s a bus station right in front. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
