The Hotel’s style brings you back to the 1930s. It is perfectly maintained with modern amenities. The staff was wonderful and eager to fulfill our every request. The breakfast was a 10 !!! The restaurants on the property were superb. Let’s not forget the location, you can just walk out the back door and get on the ski lift. We will re-book for this December. I highly recommend this property.

Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Cresta Zimmer - sehr schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die beiden Restaurants Asia 75 und Ya Mama - sehr lecker. Einziger Abstrich ist der Whirlpool, der nicht wirklich ein Whirlpool ist - wäre toll, wenn es einen warmen Whirlpool gäbe, wo man sich entspannen könnte!

Es hat nichts gestimmt von Anfang an.Das Zimmer war in einem desolaten Zustand.Habe mit Euch Kontakt aufgenommen sie wollten im Hotel nicht stornieren.Ich habe das Problem selber gelöst mit dem Hoteldirektor.Alles wurde kostenlos storniert.Ich warte von Eurer Seite immer noch auf das Geld.Bitte um Überweisung.Mit freundlichen Grüssen Stephanie Stoller

Amazing place. Comfortable big rooms, clean, Great breakfast, beautiful and complete Spa. Very good services , fantastic location with bus stop right in the front. Short ride to Down town St. Moritz. Family oriented. Great for skiing. The hotel is so beautiful. Was all perfect for me. 😃

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get around as there is a bus stop right out front.

Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.

The Cresta Palace Hotel in Celerina is a wonderful place to stay—charming, beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure everything is just right. It’s a great choice for families, as it’s very child-friendly and offers lots of support for activities. The location is perfect, close to St. Moritz and amazing ski areas, especially for beginners. They even helped us arrange private ski lessons and took care of all the details for our trips and activities. The food is excellent, and the service makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Sehr gutes und schönes Hotel, stilvoll renoviert und sehr freundliches Personal, im speziellen auch auf der Etage. Die Direktion ist spürbar aber nicht aufdringlich.
