Existem 2 hotéis ,só atravessar a rua. Eu reservei um c elevador, spa, restaurante, rooftop, café da manhã, c fotos … Chegamos num sem elevador, café da manhã era no outro hotel q tem q atravessar a rua. O spa tb no outro, tinha q reservar e não estava disponível, Piscina interna, no outro hotel, mas n estava disponível. Fora os funcionários, tudo MUITO RUIM! Ortigia é Medíocre e Siracusa, ainda pior…

Wonderful location in Ortigia. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea. We could hear the waves at night. Be aware that there is no elevator; reception is one flight of stairs above the street and rooms above that. The staff helped us bring our luggage upstairs, however. There is no parking at the hotel. The public lot is about 500 meters away and it’s €25 a day.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room looked out to the sea and was beautifully outfitted. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind. We loved our stay in Ortigia!

We rented two rooms. The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The location was excellent with great views of the sea and convenient walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We would have really liked to have a coffee maker in the room. We were not interested in the full breakfast, but would have liked to have coffee in our rooms without getting fully dressed, leaving the building and visiting the hotel's other building across the street just to have a cup of coffee. Also, the showers are really awkward to get in and out of because of the accordion glass doors. In one of our rooms, the drain must have been clogged, because the water filled up in the bottom of the shower and almost overflowed before the user was finished using the shower.

David and team were marvelous. Hard working and courteous. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and very helpful (including helping to carry luggage up the stairs!), b/c there is no lift. We were very disappointed that there was no simple coffee maker in the rooms to start our day (especially considering the caliber of the hotel) - this is considered a very basic standard these days even in 2 star hotels. In room #205, the drain in the shower was clogged and water backed up while showering. The toilet seat was also loose or broken and tilted one way or another when sat on. The glass doors on the showers are also very awkward to open and get in and out of the shower. That said, the hotel is very conveniently located to many sites and the historic center, as well as near the sea.

The hotel felt a bit dated, with old rugs, artificial plants, and a lot of religious decor. We didn’t love having to leave our key at the front desk every time we went out. There were numerous small notes around the room, but they weren’t particularly helpful—clearer instructions (like which switch controls the bathroom light) would have been much more useful. So many switches but none in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and was confusing to operate, with two remotes that didn’t seem functional. The windows were set very high, making it difficult to enjoy the sea view, especially for someone shorter like myself. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel location is extremely close to everything, but what makes the hotel exceptional is the front desk receptionist Cinzia. She is what gives the hotel its beauty. Will definitely come back

Awesome boutique hotel with cats and nuns—great views of the sea from some rooms. If you’re looking for a 3-star hotel in a superb location with very kind staff, you can’t go wrong here!

I was welcomed so warmly. Great staff who went out of their way to make it a great stay. The room was a bit old, the shower was a bit unusual, but it was very charming and the view out over the water was amazing! Close to everything but also off to the side to be quiet enough. Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend this cozy waterfront property. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We received beautiful upgraded seaview rooms. The rooms were clean and modern with 24 hr front desk attendants. If you are travelling solo, you will feel very safe here. Shout out to Cinzia! She recommended local restaurants, all of which were excellent. Parking is available at a private parking garage nearby for €25.00/day which includes valet pick up and drop off. We will not hesitate to book this hotel on our next trip to Ortigia.
