Tha staff was not nice the plays isn’t very clean breakfast is ok but no more then that and there is nothing to do in the area

Easy walking distance to main train and bus stations.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, fluent in English. Great breakfast included Bulgaria’s famous yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage and European-style cold cuts and cheeses. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the gold-bricked streets of the historic downtown. Limited dining options near the hotel but a small market with fresh vegetables, bottled water and Cokes, etc. is a three-minute walk.

Great hotel. Great breakfast . Near the station and literally next to the tram line to take you into the city . Bar environment good. Would stay here again

My experience was very good

Started with having to climb seven flights of stairs because lift wasn’t working then the room and bed smelt badly of cigarette smoke despite asking for a non-smoking room. Everytime I went to reception they ignored me and continued speaking to other employees in Bulgarian as if I didn’t exist. The breakfast was nice and staff in dining room were pleasant.

good budget hotel within walking distance of centre. Good free breakfast

The room is quite small and dimly lit. The furniture is dark brown and so is the carpet. We were there in mid April and found the room very warm. We opened the window to let in some cool air but that was a short term solution because of the street noise.

Breakfast was good but the wifi in our room was non-existent.

la tv scadente .mancanza del bidet, non c'è acqua in camera. ma solo a pagamento. ragazza ( con la coda bionda) del ristorante la sera sgarbata, poco professionale

Es war durchgehend sehr laut. Sowohl der Straßenverkehr als auch die Menschen im Hotel. Das war sehr nervig. Ich konnte mich wenig erholen.

Hotel com condições muito boas. Atendentes excelentes, amigáveis. Restaurante, igualmente.

Personnel accueillant et serviable même s’il ne parle pas français.On arrive à se faire comprendre.Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner sur place est vraiment un plus lors d’un séjour hivernal car ressortir le soir est difficile avec des températures négatives Encore un merci pour la gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant

Excelente! Superou minhas expectativas. Muito perto da estação central, próximo do metrô. Quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Tem restaurante no hotel e a comida é muito boa.
