My new favorite place

The best!!

Verrry slow front desk who held lengthy “friendly “ conversations with people checking in even when others were waiting. Only one person was ever at front desk. I used Expedia to find a hotel with free parking. Then when we checked in we were charged &9/night for parking.

At check in was informed of a visit limit of 5 people. Questioned my quest and had them sitting in the lobby. Supervisor of day very rude and room and bathroom not clean

The front desk person was amazing. Sadly, my flight was canceled due to the ice storm and I only was there for 45 minutes. Didn’t even use my room. Hoping for a refund and they said they would try. The staff is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and it has everything you need and super close to the airport For your flight.

I hate it when I book a regular king room and end up getting an accessible room. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Ended up skipping a hot shower. Bummer. Room was huge.

Lovely staff

This is a nice property with easy access to the airport, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast fruit was lacking in that they only had overripe bananas. I felt like they gouge their guests by charging $9/day for parking when there is ample parking all around. This property is next door to a Target with a huge lot.

Perfect location for business trip around PDX airport area and transit. The most convenient for public transportation such as light train. Hotel provides airport shuttle every 20 mins. Kitchen was also perfect for cooking instanly and Target is located right next door. Perfect accommodation.

The shuttle drivers were super nice and helpful.

Quiet location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and professional staff

I liked the convenience of the location and that each unit had its own kitchen. It is convenient for long stays. There is a $9/day parking fee

Great place to stay!

Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return.

Loved our stay and the property. Good room for the amount of people we had.

Feels like a mini home away from home. I had the studionwith fireplace, full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove. So I was able to bring my own food and take out food and reheat in my room. I also appreciated the staff for allowing me late checkout till 2p bc of later afternoon flight. Very close to airport, next door to target, and many shopping and restaurants at cascade station. Location was very convenient. Would gladly stay here again when I come back to Portland.
