I liked the kitchenette, it was small and tiny but it was fine since we only cooked food for 1 night. I recommend coming earlier for check in since the first day they ran out of space in the parking lot. We had to go to a third party place to park which was a bit confusing and a pain. They werent able to clean on the 2nd day even after we left for 4 hrs. They did clean on the first and last night

This is the perfect spot if you want to explore the city, visit your child at university and bring your dog! Fantastic location, clean and comfortable living space, great breakfast included and friendly staff. This hotel is very affordable and perfect for a long weekend.

Montreal has always been a great city for us to visit. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. Though the staff at check in were friendly and helpful, the parking was an inconvenience. The hotel did not accommodate parking for trucks due to height restrictions. They did offer a parking space for the same nightly rate at a parking garage 2 blocks down. The ticket to the parking garage would frequently not work and needed to be renewed during our check in twice.

Third or fourth time staying here. Staff always friendly and helpful. My family (with teen boys) loves the penthouse pool and amazing view of Mont Royal and other parts of Montreal! Breakfast is plentiful and has enough variety to keep us coming back. And you can't beat the location! We'll be back again for sure. Merci bien! 😀

I had a very bad experience staying at Lapartaments in Montreal and would not recommend this place to anyone. First, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. From the beginning, we clearly mentioned the number of people in our reservation, yet upon arrival they tried to charge us an “extra person fee,” which felt like a complete scam. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they ignored our concerns and were dismissive whenever we asked for help. The building itself is also very inconvenient. There are only two small elevators for the entire property, and it takes forever to get access to one — especially during busy hours. Expect long waits just to go up or down.

Older rooms but fully functional and very clean. Full kitchen. Gorgeous views. Excellent location near McGill University, the plateau and metro. Friendly staff. Great pool. Simple healthy breakfast with great filter coffee included. Highly recommend.

Check in was fine, hotel is well maintained but showing its age. Be advised that the on site parking is limited and if it’s busy you might not get a spot - however there is underground parking across the street that is half the price on a weekend. Elevators can also be dreadfully slow when the hotel is full. Breakfast has a great selection but it’s just a “continental” style so no hot items like eggs/bacon etc, but there’s a lot of choice regardless. Wifi worked fine. Room was clean but again, showing its age. Also we were on the top floor so it was incredibly hot when we checked in
