Front desk staff was horrible no customer service, unfriendly i traveled for 11 years and this was most unpleasant experience. The room was so hot. Usually they would put the cool air on for comfort for guest arrival so after 4 hours it finally was tolerable. The breakfast great food if it was avaliable to eat but hardly any items let due to not preparing proper amount for the amount of guests in hotel. The pool water was so hot it was unbearable. Highly recommend staying at another hotel so many near by

Our stay at VillaBlanca was excellent. Staff was great and very attentive, pool was great, rooms were clean. Breakfast was the best offering food from 8-11 AM. Menus food was a little too pricey. Hotel is located right in the center of everything. Money exchange just across street & grocery store around the corner.

Definitely does not have access to a beach. The beach was driving distance, not walking distance as stated. Do not be fooled by the photos.

Very clean rooms, view to pool very friendly staff and the food was amazing all you can eat buffet with chef's cooking what you would like, I will definitely stay here again, thank you!!!

Nos parecio excelente! El precio es muy bueno, talvez nuestra aportación al hotel seria que el agua estaba muy caliente en todo momento, igual la de la piscina estaba super caliente, al igual que las de la regadera.

Le brunch de déjeuner contient tout ce que nous aimons, oeufs, bacon, fruits frais, brioche, confitures. Le personnel est très aimable et nous servent avec plaisir. Le bar est parfait et la limonade est excellente

Los alimentos muy ricos sin embargo una cocinera morenita es muy despota y se enoja cuando consultas algo, el mesero Jesús Eli, también muy grosero y arrogante, además las personas que te avisan de que debes salir de la alberca cuando apagan la luz igual muy groseros,de ahí en fuera todo el servicio excelente. Todas las instalaciones muy limpias sin embargo los baño de la habitación al no contar con ventilación huele mal por los olores que despide la coladera.

Breakfast was included and you pretty much ask them to make what you would like. First day we had hot water then luke warm the rest. Awesome service at restaurant too. Pool was lovely.

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, el desayuno lo ponen tarde para mi gusto (a partir de 8 am), el personal es muy amable, pero falta atencion en el area de la alberca (tiene uno que esperar mucho para que le hagan caso)

El desayuno es delicioso y muy variado, la propiedad queda lejos de bahía Santa Cruz Ellos te llevan a la playa pero no te regresan el regreso lo paga el huésped, así mismo si quieres conocer otras playas La playa en la que se encuentra más cerca es Chahué y no es permitido nada ahí debido a la alta marea.

La comida muy rica, pero la atención del pesima. Termino el buffet y pedí la carta y jamás me la llevaron, fui a hablarles y jamás fueron, me salí a comer a otro lado. Entiendo que en el buffet tú te paras, pero ni la mesa nos limpiaron y cuando lo hicimos nosotros parecía molestar. Más atención con eso
