the room was great. we did get an update which was amazing, the staff was also lovely. the area was a little rougher than the rest of the city. the suite we got upgraded too was a little difficult to find but we went back and a very nice man helped up with everything.

Das Hotel ist direkt am Hafen von Genua, daher eine schöne Aussicht. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage. Das Parken kostet 16 € pro Nacht. In der Nähe gibt es eine Metro-Station, zu Fuß nur 5 Min entfernt. Das Frühstück war gut.

Great location from a public transport perspect - 10 minutes to subway . While the facade is not very welcoming once in yoy are presented with a modern hotel . Great staff who were helpful and accomodating . Others have stated that parking is a challenge but we did not have any issues and found a roomy parking spot for our stn wagon.

Fair hotel but not as clean as I would have hoped, and the neighborhood area is also not as nice. But the staff is nice and the breakfast is good!

Quarto bem grande, banheiro com um ótimo chuveiro, muito limpo e cama confortável. Execelente opcao de hospedagem em Genova. Próximo para quem desembarca de navio no porto.

I did not like the fact that theres no AC inside the room .The room is really hot which is not pleasant. Also we dinning in to their restaurant is terrible experience the food has no seasoning at all and also is very expensive so it’s really not worth the stay . Never again to this place.

Das Hotel ist für eine Nacht, bevor man eine Kreuzfahrt antritt in Ordnung. Sauberkeit und Service entsprechen dem Standard den man erwarten kann. Die Zimmer sollten demnächst dennoch eine Renovierung erfahren um einem internationalen Standard weiter zu entsprechen.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Obwohl wir es gemeldet haben ist niemand gekommen.

Molto pulito, staff molto gentile. Avevo avvisato di essere vegana e a colazione mi hanno "coccolata" con parecchie opzioni vegan che non erano al buffet.

Absolutely No A/C year around. The temperature in our room was close to 30 dgrees Celsius. We had to prop the window open with a hanger from the closet. And they left a fan at the door we took it in and plugged in to circulate the air.

Easy to walk around Train station close Clean Close to port

Cab ride that was requested from hotel desk to MSC cruise port was overcharged. Cab driver took advantage of us and charged 24 euro for 4 people while a cab ride to airport was 27 euro for 4 people with the same amount of luggage.
