Le personnel au petit déjeuné ne s'occupait pas des clients, de ce fait je n'ai pas eu de café et il manquait des items alors que je suis arrivé a 7h45 et le breakfast ouvre a 7h30.... Le mardi matin je n'ai pas eu de breakfast car cela œuvrait a 7h30 et j'avais rendez vous a 8h a 20

Bella camera elegante e ristrutturata con vista lago. Piscina con lettini idromassaggio, in cui avremmo gradito l’acqua con un paio di gradi in più di temperatura ma tutto sommato ben tenuta. SPA con accesso a saune e bagni turchi da pagare extra di circa 20€ che abbiamo pagato volentieri. Colazione buona e varia

Grande chambre très bien équipée avec un balcon vue sur le lac. Présence d'un parking sur place. Possibilité de restauration le soir, le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel

Der Wellness-/SPA-Bereich war insbesondere bei schlechtem Wetter wirklich Gold wert. Unser Zimmer (Balkon mit Seeblick) war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Hotelkomplex erschien uns insgesamt etwas abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Essensauswahl (Frühstück und Abendessen) fanden wir eher enttäuschend. Da sind wir Besseres gewohnt.

Super Lage, direkt am See. Schönes Hotel mit grosser Parkgarage. Leider gibt es anstelle von Toilettenpapier, klein Servietten, wo leider der Finger durchbricht. Das Restaurant bietet Thaifood an. Leider hat dieses Essen nichts mit Thailand zu tun. Wohl kaum mit eine Gewürz aus der Asiatische Region. Das Service Personal ist freundlich, leider eher ohne Gastroausbildung

Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot! The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons! Breakfast was very good, nice choice of sweets, sausages and cheese!

Retiré du centre, calme. L'accès à la plage est facile, mais la plage n'est pas très propre. Il faut marcher un peu pour accéder à la plage propre de Chaweng. Le personnel très agréable.

La colazione, seppur buona, sarebbe da integrare con prodotti freschi e di produzione artigianale mentre erano presenti solo prodotti confezionati.

A bit outdated hotel located beatuiful at Lake Iseo. Nice staff but got a feeling they were understaffed? If you are willing to walk or take the care it's a nice place to visit.

Pool schön, Restaurant sehr gut. Frühstückbuffet könnte besser aufgefüllt werden. Auswahl könnte besser sein.

Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road.
