I don't really know where to start with this place, it wasn't good. The only positives are the location and the big rooms. The hotel is really noisy, constant renovation work and noise from other rooms disturbed our whole stay. The walls and doors are so thin that you get constant noise from the corridors. We were given a room with a window onto another corridor so no daylight and we had double the noise. At one point the water was cut off for maintenance without us being told, when I called reception they couldn't seem to see anything wrong with this. Rooms are dated, hot water takes up to ten minutes to come through by which time the terrible drainage means that the bottom of the shower is full of water. No plug in the sink and barely any of the shower holes work. We had a second stay booked here and I cancelled it.

Mala ubicación, se escucha ruidos de todos lados no se puede descansar, difícil la bajada a recepción (sin espacio) a las 9 am empezaron a hacer trabajos de mantenimiento no dejaban dormir, una huésped de al lado noche y mañana hablando, se escuchaba todo, los muros no guardan el ruido, el del estacionamiento olía a marihuana, mala experiencia

El hotel muy limpio muy silencioso solo estaba un poquito tapado el sanitario y había que jalarle varias veces pero se descansa muy bien y cerca de todo, la TV no encendió pero no supimos si por falta de pila

Perfect location for the sites we visited

Muy bien localizado, fácil de llegar y transportarse.

Siento que tienen los baños muy obsoletos Y les hace falta un poco de limpieza y posiblemente un poco más de atención al cliente

基本的には綺麗だしドライヤーも小さいがついてるし、冷房もあるし、部屋は広いので良かったです。ただ、大きな通りに面しているのでずーと騒音はしました。あと、冷蔵庫がついていれば良かったです。

전체적으로 깔끔하고 호텔 위치가 좋아요. 다만 커피포트가 없는게 흠. 직원들 모두 친절하고 좋았어요.

Lugar céntrico, limpio, tranquilo y con buena atención

Muy bien trato por parte del personal, cuarto espacioso, necesita un televisor más grande. Hace un poco de ruido por la cercania a la calle en las noches, pero se puede manejar.

I liked that the hotel was centric to the area. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is ok. The hotel is fairly smail with published amenities being restricted. No gym onsite - although you are able to use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner a block away from this property. The elevator is small and the speed of the elevator was noticiably slow. I ended up using the stairs primarily to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times daily. It rained fairly consistently, so it was much appreciated that the hotel offered loaner umbrellas to get around. The room was spacious for an executive suite. While the suite had a kitchenette, there was no cutlery to use. Everything required a call or a visit to the front desk. Also, aside from the kitchenette and the extra space there is no noticable perks between the executive suite and deluxe room options. Hotel cleanliness could be improved - from the towels to the cleaniless in the room. This hotel is a great option for price conscious guests or guests who do not intent on using the room for other than sleep.
