Our stay at pinnacles was exceptional. The infinity pool was the perfect temperature with the best view of Airlie Beach and Islands. Apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Very nice bathrooms and good size bedrooms with views. Easter eggs for the kids, cheese and crackers for the parents, a nice touch. Communication was great and so was the discount card for tours. But, be prepared for a steep walk to apartments, but worth staying here for the views and pool. Awesome. We'll be back.

Personalen var super trevlig och hjälpsam. Boendet var stort och rymligt, lägenheten var hyfsad ren. Enbart själva toaletten som var mindre ren. Hotellet befinner sig väldigt högt upp och det är en väldigt brant bit upp från huvudvägen. Personalen körde upp ens väskor till boendet.

Spectacular views and we had everything we needed! The flat was well stocked and even had laundry, which we really appreciated! The pool area and view was simply amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful!

We loved this property. It was close enough to town, without being too much in the bustle of it all. The views are amazing and pool is such a treat.

Highly recommend staying here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe seaview with jacuzzi which had heaps of room. Awesome view and apartment contained everything we needed.

Very cool property! Our room and view was amazing and the pool was awesome. The walk up the hill to the hotel is brutal but you can take a taxi if needed.

The view from this room is absolutely stunning, and the place itself is beautiful, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable stay. However, the location on a hill poses some challenges. There is only one car available at reception, and it’s often unavailable or the reception closes early, which makes getting around difficult. Hiking up the hill, especially in the heat, is unpleasant—particularly if you’re carrying items you’ve purchased. Additionally, the jacuzzi area had an empty beer bottle and some debris that wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, which was disappointing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes in this area, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, while the views and amenities are lovely, some improvements in cleanliness and transportation services would greatly enhance the experience.

Really excellent experience at Pinacles. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Property was brilliant. Loads of space, great quality and spotless. Only wished we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved staying at this place. The view is amazing and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Whitsundays!

Fantastic property for a family holiday. The apartment was huge and had everything you need and want. The outdoor space is expansive and takes advantage of the incredible views. The facilities are clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The walk up from town and to the apartment is definitely challenging but we were well aware of that. It’s the price you pay for the absolutely amazing views. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

Our apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with resort staff was exceptional - they were friendly and attentive. The location may be challenging, but the views are amazing and the very reasonable taxi fare for a ride up the hill is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Thanks guys! C

We loved everything about our apartment. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The property is nice, clean and if you happen to stay in a penthouse, the views and the hot tub are an added bonus. However, I would not rank it as a 5 star resort. It is a self catering resort and lacks amenities that you would find in a hotel such as service and dining with limited reception hours. Overall okay but perhaps would stay elsewhere next time to get a personal service.

The Pinnacles were extremely clean and the views were amazing. Staff wonderful. It’s up on a very steep hill so if you don’t have a car you will probably need to go back on fore in a taxi. Would definitely stay again. We had everything we needed in our apartment. The jacuzzi on the balcony was perfect.

Amazing view great pool clean room with quality amenities

Trascorso 4 notti. Ci sono varie tipologie di appartamenti, il nostro era un monolocale, ma era grandissimo e spaziosissimo. Accessoriato di tutti i conforto per cucinare, kit per il bagno e asciugamani. Nel frigor c’era pure un piatto con formaggi, salatini, acqua e latte offerti. Pulizia perfetta. palestra e piscina su vista panoramica sulla Baia. Assistenza alla reception perfetta( la reception è situata circa 100m prima degli appartamenti ) e per arrivare fu con le valige agli appartamenti ti accompagnano in auto. Alcuni commenti leggevo che sconsigliano questa struttura per la strada troppo ripida per arrivarci…si ammetto che è molto ripida ma poi vale il prezzo della vista sulla baia. L’ appartamento si trova a 7 min a piedi dal centro, comodissimo e a meno di 5 min dal supermercato Woolworths. lo consiglierei anche ad altra gente .
