First room we were assigned reamed of cigarette so much that after being in it for under 1 minute and leaving I smelled like an ashtray. Got reassigned to another room without issue but I asked that it please not be across from the elevator due to the noise. They assured me it wasn't. We really love this hotel. We have stayed here quite a few time now with our kids. Beautiful rooms, great pool, and very nice breakfast. This always makes our trip to Kelowna well worthwhile. Staff is amazing. Thanks for a great weekend get away.

it was a business trip, traveling with a friend, and we had a very nice stay. rooms were very comfortable, clean, fresh and we highly recommend staying here.

Its in industrial area alot of homeless, the room wasnt fully clean some grossness in bathroom. The pool is too cold and slide is gross. Breakfast was good Have to ask for room cleaning but no one comes to do it they just replace towels didnt do the bed Wrongly booked so asked to cancel one day but becouse we were 3 hours bast cut off wouldnt work with us.

We were a little surprised to see numerous homeless people camping in the bushes just outside the hotel. Felt a little sketchy.

The stay was excellent, the staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids had a fun time on the waterslide and it's the perfect way to get them tired after a day of travel. Only thing that would have been nice is a hook in the bathroom to hang the hand towel instead of leaving it on the counter.

Looking out the window of the hotel, there seemed to be a lot of unsavory people around that I'd rather not walk my kids past. I don't think I would walk around by myself. However the hotel itself was very safe and secure
