This place was a gem! Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was so lovely and always happy to help. Location was perfect too.

Everything was lovely. Big beds, wonderful dining, big bathroom, plenty of space in the room. It was situated in a perfect location.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The only problem I had are the beds. Like many hotels they combine two twins to make a larger single bed. However they zip together the mattress toppers and you can easily feel the zipper when you are in the center of the bed. This is not up to the standard of this class of hotel and they should find a better solution.

Although labeled as a small luxury hotel, this actually is quite a grand, sizeable establishment in an elegant, beautifully restored historic building. The foyer is very impressive and we enjoyed the complimentary process on arrival. Our room felt freshly renovated, was large and very well fitted out with high quality toiletries and a nice separate seating area. Breakfast was quite lavish. Central Brno is compact, and we easily walked everywhere, including to and from the train.

Weirdly, the pleasure of a welcome prosecco can be undone by offering it and then ignoring guests who wait 15 minutes for the free drink

+ The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building, and the atrium is especially stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and being able to sit in the atrium while a talented pianist played the piano made the experience truly memorable. The in-room bathroom with whirlpool was nice and the bed was comfortable. - Unfortunately, there were also a few problems. We contacted the hotel twice before our arrival to request a baby cot but received no response. We asked again during check-in, and the receptionist confirmed that the staff would prepare the baby cot as soon as possible. However, when we returned to our room in the evening, there was still no baby cot. Furthermore, there is a club directly opposite the room that played loud music during the night, so we could not really sleep. Our room was also quite small.

Beautiful boutique hotel at the heart of Brno old town. Can walk to almost all popular spots in town. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping was great. Only cons: room (deluxe twin) is small and the bathroom space super tight for 2 ppl to share; breakfast buffet was ok but not as good as expected at a 5-star hotel. Next time probably won't eat at the hotel but explore local diners.

esse hotel nos proporcionou uma experiência única durante uma viagem longa pelo leste europeu. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas foi o suficiente para dizermos que esse hotel é realmente diferenciado. A começar pela simpatia da Alina, que nos recebeu com muita simpatia. Estacionamos o carro na vaga reservada em frente ao hotel e apenas entregamos a chave ao manobista, que se encarregou de guardar o veículo e no dia seguinte na hora do checkout o carro já estava ali, pronto para seguirmos viagem. O hall de entrada do hotel é exuberante e rende ótimas fotos. havia música de piano sendo tocada ao vivo durante à noite e também durante o café da manhã. Ah, e nem tivemos que nos preocupar com as malas, pois durante o checkin, elas já foram levadas pela equipe para o nosso quarto e ao chegarmos no quarto as malas já estavam lá. O café da manhã é muito bom, com muitas opções de alimentação, iogurtes, pães, omelete e tudo mais que se espera em um café da manhã farto! Literalmente, um sonho ter ficado neste hotel! Apesar de os quartos serem antigos, a atmostfera que se cria faz com que esse detalhe passe despercebido para quem gosta de ambientes mais modernos!
