Photos showed a pool and sauna. They stayed that that was an old picture and that they no longer have a pool and the the sauna was private and not for guests. Hotel location was far from Salzburg and not easily accessible. Breakfast was mid and they charge children full price

Frühstück: Teils kalte Eierspeisen oder Würstchen, Warmhalteplatte sollte höher gestellt werden, gleiches für kaffee auch nicht heiß, 49min vor Frühstücksende schon viel weggeräumt, kurz vor 10 nicht mal mehr ein Saft obwohl Frühstück bis 10Uhr angeboten wird. Schade für ein 4Sterne Hotel. Viele russisch sprachige Gäste,evtl. wohnen die länger im Hotel?! Etwas kühl im Frühstücksraum da Fenster geöffnet. der Lieferant jeden morgen ist sehr laut durch das Pflaster der Wege,wer weiter unten schläft wird rechtzeitig geweckt, ob er will oder nicht. Einiges personal sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend, andere etwas distanzierter. Bad im Zimmer bedarf einer Renovierung Das ist kein deutscher 4Sterne Standard 4Sterne kenn ich anders.

Room was mostly clean but a rather large cobweb in the corner of the room with a few huge spiders. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting the room cleaned up. Biggest down side was the parking. Make sure you book it in advance. They only have 9 spots and they go quick.

Alles super und sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück. Zimmer sind ordentlich, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel hat leider einige deutliche Schwachpunkte. Das Badezimmer ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen – in den Fugen ist Schimmel sichtbar, auch Ablage, Duschkopf und Schlauch wirken ungepflegt und dringend erneuerungsbedürftig. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Beim Check-out war kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Die Rezeption ist nur von 12–18 Uhr besetzt, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Insgesamt leider kein stimmiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Es war im Gesamten okay aber aus unserer Sicht keine vier Sterne.

Dieses Hotel ist kein 4* Platz. Bekam Zimmer über Hof zu erreichen. Türe war eine Balkontüre und für mich nicht eine sichere Umgebungssicherung. Kein getrenntes Fenster zum Lüften über Nacht. Kaffeeautomat hat nicht gearbeitet etc

Second stay here

Some of the receptionists are not cooperative. I don’t recommend this property as the design of the room doesn’t maintain the privacy of the visitors. In addition, the beds are smelly.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, geourgeous scenery. Very family friendly. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful location right next to a wellness park. 1 street from the main road. Train and bus station right there. Info center were great service and know their information, very helpful. Lots of restaurants to walk to. Loved the area and will be back.

Dejligt hotel som ligger midt i byen

The property is located directly beside a beautiful park. Sadly, it was closed for visitors due to some event/cincert which went long into the night. We did enjoy it though as our room faced the park. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to wal to a restaurant for a great tapas dinner. Definitely loved the vibe of this town, very quiet and safe. Would love to go back to enjoy the park and other spa facilities as we only spent a night there. Parking around the hotel is limited so you may need to find parking on the street, which was available free of charge after 6 pm. The room had no AC but still felt comfortable.

Ich hatte das EZ gebucht, da ich Alleinreisende mit meinem Fahrrad unterwegs war. Das Zimmer war miefig, die Terassentür gleichzeitig Eingangstür, somit konnte ich über Nacht kein Fenster bzw. Tür öffnen. Für das Abstellen meines Fahrrads wurden 10 € Parkgebühren verlangt, wie beim Auto. Zu guter letzt, erkannte ich leider viel zu spät den Schimmel an der Wand. Dieser wird wohl immer wieder mit Farbe kaschiert. Das Hotel lebt von der guten Lage, mehr auch nicht.

Schön und günstig gelegen. Frühstück bei Wurst und Käse verbesserungswürdig. Im Zimmer bessere Aufhängemöglichkeit für Kleidung z.B. Wandhaken wären sinnvoll.
