My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

Super hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, j’ai testé le restaurant un soir : très bon et copieux. Chambre impeccable sauf la réception tv des chaînes Canal (sport et cinéma et c+ classique)

Equipe très professionnelle. 1h30 de spa c'est le top !!

Top Hôtel confortable

I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.

Fantastique Sejour au Best Western Plus Europe Hotel, l'Hotel est tres confortable et refait a neuf avec une deco soignee et moderne, mais le plus agreable est la gentillesse de cette Equipe extrement attentionnee... Les cocktails donnent envie et les plats sont excellents. Merci a vous Tous et un Petit mot special pour Frederic. A bientot, on reviendra avec Un Grand Plaisir 💙

Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean. Dinner offered in the evening so guests did not have to go out for their meal. Staff for the most part helpfull.

Bon accueil et emplacement calme.

Toujours un plaisir de venir dans cet hôtel agréable, bien situé (quand on se trouve côte forêt) et confortable. Le restaurant est de qualité.

Bonne découverte. Accueil agréable avec des jeux qui donne une ambiance très sympa. Le restaurant offre une bonne cuisine et du choix. Top J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

Notre troisième séjour ici, et tou s'est bien passé, la chambre executive était spacieuse et confortable. Nous devions nous rendre la matin à la clinique de Keraudren qui n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, donc c'est le meilleur choix pour la proximité.

Le personnel est très professionnel à l'écoute serviable. La chambre confortables.

Literie peu confortable, menage pas complet ( fauteuil sale, çheveux dans lit)

Etablissement très agréable, calme et bien situé. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Un hôtel à recommander dans lequel je reviendrai.

Hôtel super calme. Dommage que le resto ne soit pas ouvert le dimanche soir. Le petit-déjeuner est assez cher. (Nous ne déjeunons pas pour ce prix là…). C’est plus qu’un repas du midi. Petit point négatif, il faut payer 25€ pour avoir accès à la piscine. Séjour néanmoins agréable.

Hotel tres bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont tres agreables et bien équipées, hall d'accueil tres sympa, petit déjeuner varié. Seul bemol sil en faut un : son positionnement excentré du centre et dans une zone d'activité mais on le sait au moment de la réservation !!

Mauvaise journée, pleins de travaux à la réception du bruit toute l’après midi et même pendant le souper !! De plus comme la réception est en travaux tous les clients qui arrivaient on passer avec leur valises dans le restaurant avec leur valise !! Il me semble que la moindre des choses aurait été d’offrir le petit déjeuner. Avoir su nous aurions manger à l’extérieur
