Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. Check in and check out was easy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.

It was quiet easily accessible, however, we had problems with the shower the first night as it has a very old set up. In addition there was no working fan In the bathroom, which did not have windows!

Acess to Place Catlonya in 15min walk also close to metro and busFreindly staff There was a bit of noise during the night when you're sleeping on the sofa bed but overal , the hotel had comfortable beds and a lots of of space for our family . the bidet in the washroom 🚻 was a good idea and the shower had easy controls.

Very well located and incredibly clean. Very comfortable for our family and very easy check in and check out.

This was our second time staying at Casp 74 and it did not disappoint! Its safe, central location!

The apartment was a little smaller than we thought it was going to be, but was okay for a family of 5. Everything was very clean. The location was great being centrally located. We were able to walk to most of the sites. Communication from the staff was very good and arranged pick up from the airport, which was perfect.

We were very happy with our accommodation here. Felt like home and was a perfect size for five adults. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. We were hoping our coffee pods would be replenished each morning but we had to go to the reception desk each day to request them but other than that everything was great and would highly recommend this spot. Great area as well. Easy to walk to all major attractions. Front desk reception was very helpful when needed.

Perfect location

The location is central, just 1 km from Plaça Catalunya. The apartment was nice and modern. The beds were a bit small and there should be more toilet paper.

It was my first travel to Barcelona, I had a really great experience and made wonderful memories thanks to Casp 74. Thanks Casp74!!!

The apartment was very clean and accessible to many of the sights in Barcelona. We loved having the 24 hour services as well.

The property was clean and living area and kitchen spacious. The location was fantastic, everything was within walking distance. Check in and check out was really easy and the WhatsApp communication was really helpful. The only downside for us was the bathroom which was very small and the ongoing construction in the building which woke us early each morning. I would highly recommend a stay here, I’m sure it will be a solid 5* stay when construction is finished.

Our stay at CASP74 Apartments was fabulous! Very clean ! Jordy on reception was incredibly helpful & friendly & nothing was too small to ask! Even arranged a car to pick us up from airport!
