Clean room. Parking was safe and plenty. The shower water pressure was weak.

The property has a lot to offer for solo travellers like myself. Very friendly and helpful staff, and language was no problem even with minimal Spanish ability. Large comfortable room, and I've never experienced such a huge bathroom, large walk-in shower included. Excellent bar in lobby for drinks and snacks, plus restaurant with good but limited menu items (breakfast buffet is extra charge). Plentiful underground gated parking, bus stop directly outside. Taxi to/from airport quick and reasonable (set prices). Attractions (Old Town, museums) not far, but recommend transport rather than walking as the hotel sits atop a steep incline (staff can help with negotiating transport). In sum, highly recommend the Spirit!

The hotel is great but I could hear every single voice, step, chair pulling, water running or toilet flushing from adjacent rooms. The walls are literally paper thin and the elevators have a really weird system of operating when going between two floors can take about five minutes, no exaggeration. Amazing breakfast made up for all that.

Hotel très bien placé, juste à la sortie du centre ville de Bilbao avec un parking très pratique même si un peu tortueux. Chambre spacieuse et personnel agréable, idem pour le restaurant et la cafétéria. Je recommande ! Le seul mini bémol, la douche n’évacuait pas bien l’eau la première nuit mais après un appel à la réception le lendemain, ils ont envoyé quelqu’un assez rapidement pour améliorer la situation donc ils ont quand même été réactifs.

Det er anden gang, vi boede her. Første gang var bedst, men vi ville stadig gerne komme tilbage pga den gode beliggenhed og plads, søde personale og flotte faciliteter.

Buon hotel, camere spaziose e pulite. Posizione abbastanza comoda a circa 15 minuti dal Casco Viejo, ottima palestra e buona colazione.

Proper en zeer ruime kamer! Lekker ontbijt! Vriendelijk personeel.

Excelente lugar para hospedaje en Bilbao, cuenta con estacionamiento, el desayuno es muy bueno y tiene opciones saludables, el gimnasio es de los mejores que he estado y el personal de cocina y barra muy amable.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite, car park is really handy. Overall, good value for money but bathroom slightly tired-looking. Not ideal for light sleepers as we could hear people in neighboring rooms.

Family of four including two young children. The hotel had a young and energetic vibe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. Not a cozy style, rather empty and uninviting. We only stayed one night. Parking on site. Great breakfast. Clean. Best fitness center ever though!

A clean, well run hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Lots of good tips for getting into the centre of the city (thanks Laura). The minor issue we had was dealt with very swiftly and with a complimentary room up-grade. Will recommend.

Todo muy bien. Muy limpio y amplias habitaciones. Se puede llegar caminando desde el casco antiguo, pero debes tomar en cuenta que es cuesta arriba.

Very nice clean hotel with parking which is hard to find in Spain. However it isn’t within walking distance of the Guggenheim Museum, the only drawback to the hotel.

Freundliches Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber fussläufig problemlos erreichbar und außerdem Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Durch die Lage nachts auch völlig ruhig, sehr angenehm! Großes Zimmer, hilfsbereites Personal, jederzeit wieder. Auto konnte in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage (geräumige Parkplätze) gegen Gebühr abgestellt werden. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht, da gibt’s in der Stadt zahlreiche andere Möglichkeiten.
