Great budget apart-hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Well equipped mini kitchen in each room.

The place is quite basic is clean and offers all the equipment needed. You can walk to the centre and leave your car in the underground parking lot (10 euros a day) which is very convenient. Not the holiday dream place, but an easy and clean option if you stop there for a night or two.

Le calme

The staff was very welcoming, the room was very cleaned, very accommodating. Will recommend to anyone .

We were a family of four adults and two children staying for one night as a stopover. We had a two bed apartment and this worked for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to park our two huge vehicles (one mini van and one SUV with roof box). The gentleman checking us in spoke perfect English and was super helpful.

This hotel we found to be rather bleak and its décor spartan. All the staff we spoke to were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the standard of the hotel's fittings and finish could best be described as budget and at worst cheap - our room’s minimal furniture was tired, grubby and scuffed. This room was one of the larger ones, no issues there, but its ambience was that of a minicab office that hadn't been refurbished in far too long. The bed was comfortable, the towels/bed linen clean and our room was cleaned once during our one-week stay, satisfactorily in general. Some corners of our bathroom had not seen a cleaning cloth for some time though, it appeared - not awful, but not nice to see - there's an issue with gritty dust that just seems to propagate around the place for some reason. The kitchen facilities we expected to be basic and were functional, but the same observations apply as above, with their wood laminate surfaces in need of retirement. We were provided with a random selection of utensils, e.g. a frying pan, but no spatula to turn food over. We did pay for the breakfast buffet, once, which was adequate, but had a limited choice considering it's at an extra cost. We have stayed in other 'aparthotel' style places in France and in Spain, of all of which were far superior to Zenitude (Béziers), in all respects. If you want a relatively cheap stay and are not too bothered by your surroundings, this could be the place for you. Disappointedly, not one for us.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for cooking our own meals. Lovely balcony area. Very friendly staff. Great area in a stunningly beautiful city.

Hôtel impeccable et personnel agréable à l'écoute

Hotel avec un bon accueil. Chambre de tyoe studette confortable et propre mais avec une climatisation qui fonctionne très mal. La television n etait pas réglée sur les nouveaux canaux. Du fait de la chaleur fenêtre ouverte mais du coup tres bruyant jusqu'à plus de minuit. Place de parking mais payante en sus. Bien situé.
