Firstly, to foreign visitors expecting a holiday resort, be aware this Hotel is more of a golf, conference & events resort loved by locals for weddings, baby shower's, etc, and this Hotel does an excellent job every time. The staff are friendly, English isnt widely spoken & staff little shy to try until they know you. The daily room cleaning staff are excellent & dont skimp on replacing supplies, the buffet breakfasts generous & satisfying. The kids & adult pools are good, but for me a bit too close to the public patios (im a bit self-conscious for swimming). The daily shuttles take you almost everywhere. Albrook Mall is only 35 minutes away. Gamboa is only 15 min away (and very overpriced accom I think). I think this Hotel resort is a lovely place to use as a base, instead of living in the city itself. I was here for 3 weeks, value for money, golf whenever you wish or not at all. I would happily return next time.

The hotel itself is nice and I loved the rainforest and the trails they offer. Even though the hotel is outdated they do try and make you feel comfortable. Well at least the front desk staff the house Keeper and bellman Carlos and the tour guide Sergio were amazing and friendly However some of the waitresses and waiters were not so friendly they looked they did not to be there not friendly at all but the Food was incredible and enjoyed it very much

Nice stay at this secluded and quiet resort. Staff is kind, food was OK, room was very spacious. I enjoyed the 6 Km giiing adventure in the nearby wildlife reserve. The hotel guide was very friendly

Quarto top, limpeza top , lugar expecpicional e lindo. Área da piscina precisa melhorar e a distancia mas ai vc ja entra sabendo !

Hôtel perdu entre la jungle et un immense terrain de golf, une expérience étonnante mais agréable. La suite présidentielle, au 8e étage et très spacieuse, offre une vue imprenable sur les environs. Par contre, pour 3 personnes, c'est très juste : le canapé-lit n'était même pas fait à l'arrivée dans la chambre (il a fallu le demander à la réception : était-on censé dormir à 3 dans le grand lit ?). Une fois fait, le confort dans le canapé-lit était médiocre : matelas de quelques centimètres d'épaisseur, ressorts usés, draps troués et tachés... difficilement acceptable pour ce niveau de prestation. Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus. L'hôtel n'a pas offert la visite pour 2 pourtant promise sur hotels.com via le "VIP Access". Avis mitigé.

I've stayed here many times over many years, it used to be a beautiful, peaceful place, but now, its all just a party. Constant loud music from the property, even audible from the top floor and it's halways. Everythign is broken, air conditioning, ice machines, jacuzzis, light switches, etc. I was even moved to another suite, where even more things were broken. This place has really gotten terrible recently, deapite being so good betore. It is certainly not worth it anymore, with mych better resorts nearby

Very good place and great price ! Can’t complain it was a nice resort and the food buffet is excellent! Very close to Panama Canal !

Estuve en Panamá para un viaje de negocios y luego de una semana muy cargada en la ciudad, me moví al Summit y fue la mejor decisión. Fui sobretodo por jugar golf, y en realidad es una excelente

숙박시설 내 늦게까지 행사 진행으로 소음이 너무 심하고, 방음이 안되어 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도임.

We loved staying here the first night my family arrived from the states. Enjoyed the pool, food and awesome staff.

The actual facility is lovely, the foods delicious and the staff are first rate! The grounds are also very nice ! The room was adequate, a bit dusty, only 4 hangers in the closet and had to ask for wash/face cloths. We had balcony room but could not access the balcony due to humidity???

It does need some upgrading however its a wonderful setup and a great place to stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Room with a balcony is a must! Great place for kids, lots of wildlife. Don't need to be a golfer to enjoy this place.

Nice location, facilities and enjoyed the pools.

Very good place to stay for nature lovers great birdwatching trails nearby.
