Great! Friendly people

Overall, the area was nice and the hotel is clean. My only suggestion is the dim lighting of the hallways make it seem gloomy and the bathroom was extremely tight. The toilet and bathroom door were too close. However, the staff were nice

We checked in after a long flight. Nice livingroom area. Comfortable beds. We would stay again.

We had an excellent stay and Kimmie at the front desk was amazing. We were traveling with my elderly parents, and she was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of her way to assist us. She deserves a bonus/raise!

Close to everything

Rooms are huge, very clean. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft. We didn't use the television but its placement was great. We left too early to enjoy breakfast. We did walk to the nearby shopping center. Pleanty of fiod options.

Honestly when you factor in the huge breakfast spread and the free shuttle to and from the airport, the hotel is practically free! Very friendly staff.

The driver from the airport to the hotel was horrible. When you arrive you are suppose to call the driver for pickup. He hung up on me three times and extremely rude.

The staff was waiting for us, we arrived late and the shuttle bus was on time.

Everything was perfect! It was clean, room service was amazing, breakfast is delicious. 10/10

Variety of restaurants in the area

Usually there is complimentary breakfast, but we were charged. I wish I had known that in the beginning also, the bathroom was smelly and not clean the sheets look rumpled. I was there after 10 Hour Dr. so just dropped to sleep, but it was unacceptable I will not be staying in Hyatt anymore

Nice room, quiet, shuttle service to/from airport, shopping dining and some entertainment in walking distance!
