This is a beautiful 16th century convent that was converted into a hotel. The views of Cuenca hunging houses are stunning. The location is very convenient as its right next to the San Pablo bridge with access to the old town and the staff is very friendly. If you are coming to Cuenca this is definitely the place to stay at. We loved it!

La habitación muy bien. Aunque con una muy pequeña ventana al patio interior. Imagino que las habitaciones con vista a Cuenca deben ser increíbles. El bufet bien. Y la gente del staff muy bien. Muy amables.

The hotel is very nice and at a great location. The room was clean and spacious, nice bathroom and dressing area. The breakfast was Ok, no decaf machine and the service to get hot dishes was slow. The buffet area was good. In general is a nice place with good access to the city. The only negative thing was that the water in the shower would go from hot to cold and vice versa, didn't matter what time you shower, it was the same.
