This hotel is perfect to stay at Grindelwald. It’s close to everything and it’s very clean.

Absolutely loved this hotel and area. The staff were so kind and helpful and even made it possible for us to check in after the lobby closed due to the trains in taking longer than expected. It is a one minute walk from the main gondola to the mountain activities . Beautiful views from the balconies and friendly staff who will make you feel welcome .

If you are looking for an amazing location with top-notch hospitality, this is it. Our family spent 4 nights here and had an incredible time. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the hotel is wonderfully family-friendly. Another major highlight was the breakfast—absolutely excellent quality and variety. They need insects net by windows and doors to prevent mosquitoes bite, as we had to let them open to get fresh air at night due to how hot it gets—at the point where we couldn’t sleep. Tea/coffee cup in rooms should’ve been in descent quality, not plastic. I guess they’re are selling the Mountain View, otherwise the place is not worth the charges at all. We did like the communication before arrival and drop off at train station.

Since it is hot, I wish hotel should provide every room a fan. The window should have a screening net so we can open the window at night without worrying mosquitos

Fantastic pool!!!! So clean, stainless steel and a hot tub with a panoramic view of the Eiger. Fantastic breakfast, nice upscale spot in town, not inexpensive.

Staff was soooo nice and the facility was clean I stayed at a few hotels this ones services and cleanliest made our trip better. Breakfast was good as well. We also had lunch and dinner their very good. Only thing is there is nooo Air Conditioner.

Lovely location. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Friendly, responsive staff when my wife needed a firmer mattress. Great sorbet. More than adequate breakfast. Our only issue was with flies. Ate outside and inside and the flies were everywhere. Staff agreed they were bad, but we didn’t see any effort to reduce the problem. Think they could have used fly paper discreetly placed, or sprayed, or hung electric zappers or even had a staff member make an effort with a hand held zapper. We literally had one of us eat while the other one used a handheld fan to keep them at bay. That issue aside, we would stay here again.

This was a last-minute booking for us and oh my gosh, I couldn’t be more happy to stay here. Everything about this stay was 5 stars plus

One of the cutest boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My family and I loved it. I can’t wait to visit Grindelwald again and stay at this hotel!

Staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and views were stunning. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day out. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of selection. Parking was a bit limited but we didn't have a problem in the shoulder season; free charging station was a bonus. Only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a small fridge and microwave in the room

Wonderful hotel with amazing views and very convenient location. The staff was great and extremely helpful. The pool was a joy to get into after a long day of hiking.

Wonderful hotel in Grindelwald near the Grindelwald First terminal. The location is fantastic, as it is steps to the First terminal, and is an easy walk to town and the Grindelwald train station. The stay includes the Grindelwald Card, which allows free bus rides from right outside the hotel through the town to the Grindelwald terminal with access to ski slopes and activities in the Jungfrau region. The staff also arranged free transport for us to and from the hotel and the train station upon departure. We loved the small and personalized feel of the hotel. The owners are in the lobby, lounge/bar and restaurant every day talking to guests, which is rare at any hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and were able to answer our questions about the area. The bar and lounge area was open every night with good beer and wine, as well as snacks. The lounge has a pool table, and numerous tables available to play cards, board games, etc. in the evening. While we did not eat dinner at the restaurant, it was always full in the evenings. The included breakfast in the mornings was good as well. Our hotel rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern inside. Our mountain view rooms had outdoor terraces, which allowed us to view the beautiful mountains surrounding the town. The hotel appeared to be be mostly occupied, but was very quiet in the room areas upstairs. This is a great hotel to stay in. Staff excellent. Breakfast has a large choice, good menu choice for dinner and both were great. The room we had was very clean and comfortable with a great view. We had a excellent stay.
