Das Südzimmer mit Balkon war sehr geräumig und mit wunderschönem Bergblick. Der Aussenpool mit den Massagedüsen gefiel mir sehr gut, die Liegen waren leider unpraktisch, wir konnten fast nicht mehr aufstehen. Das Wasser war etwas zu warm für meinen Körper.

l'hôtel a passé de 5 étoiles à 4 ! Ca se remarque ! la machine à café ne marchait pas ,boite à cleenex vide etc .

Nebst vieler Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten, ost es sehr ruhig und erholsam

Unglaublich, dass dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat… Die Rezeptionisten sind unhöflich, der Spa Bereich alt und heruntergekommen. Das Badezimmer ist auch alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ok, die Lobby ist auch leer, altmodisch und fast schon gruselig. Für diesen Preia lohnt sich der Besuch nicht. Ich empfehle es leider nicht und möchte auch nicht nochmal in dieses Hotel.

너무 좋았습니다 직원등의 친절함도 완벽했고. 온천은 당연히 말할것도 없었네요 하이라이트는 1층바에서 연주하시던분 음악에 빠져서 하루 더 있고 싶었습니다 다음에 로이커바트 오더라도 여기로 올거같아요

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was gorgeous and the location was perfect. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the pool was great.

cet hotel est très bien et hors du temps, il n'a pas subi de rénovations, depuis 35 ans, c'est donc le temps d'y penser, le spa, plus récent, a aussi besoin de renouveau, par contre, grand plus, le personnel, principalement italien, est d'une extreme gentillesse, et multilingue. Ils sont prêts à vous rendre service, et nous avons beaucoup appréciés, la nourriture est bonne, même si la carte est aussi surtout italienne. Le chef de rang et les serveurs sont aussi serviables. Bref, nous reviendrons.

Hôtel de charme au confort élevé. Services de la direction, de la réception et des soins en majorité très bons sauf grosse malchance. Salle à manger et bar élégants. Personnel stylé et polyglotte. Parking privé. Espace wellness, piscine et hammam agréables. Les chambres des étages supérieurs sont un peu plus lumineuses. Carte des mets correcte et belle carte des vins. Une adresse qui mérite ses 5 étoiles en devant entretenir des standards de qualité élevés. Forte touche italienne à tous les niveaux de management et de services. Mais avec "classe" cette touche donne une atmosphère "friendly mais pas trop". Harmonieusement subtil. Expérience à renouveler.

Esperienza positiva per la posizione ottima, accoglienza pronta e cortese, parcheggio interno, stanza spaziosa e accogliente, macchina da caffè in camera con due bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione, ottima la SPA con piscina termale, ottima anche la colazione, tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Parking easy and free of charge. Nice spacious room, excellent breakfast and facilities.

A beautiful hotel with spacious rooms (with breathtaking mountain views) friendly staff, very comfortable beds and a sumptuous breakfast. We used the lovely spa after a long journey and enjoyed relaxing in the pools and the sauna. The next day we went for a superb snowshoe tour straight from the door. The staff let us keep our car in the garage and gave us a tea when we arrived even thought it was after 12pm checkout. Congratulations to the whole team for delivering a great stay in spite of pandemic.

The best hotel in Leukerbad, staff are probably the best of any hotel in Switzerland, food is excellent, thermal pools are brilliant and crystal clear clean.

Beautiful mineral baths/pools. Great massage options available and very kind masseuses. Room service was excellent. Dinner at the restaurant offered very interesting plates. Food at restaurant was 8/10. Food from the bar menu was more like 4/10. A bit bland. Restaurant buffet was lovely and was the option to order from the menu for breakfast at no additional cost. However, some guests were going to the buffet without masks on. When I asked the server about this, I was told that wearing a mask at the buffet was not required. This was surprising considering the current covid restrictions and the rule that guests are required to wear a mask on the premise of the hotel in public spaces. Room was large and spacious. Views were incredible. For a five star hotel, we felt very welcome with our family (and 6 year-old child); guests were also friendly and amicable.
