We travel often and have stayed at 100’s of properties. This was our absolute favorite place ever! Great location, terrific food, clean rooms and common spaces and extremely friendly and personable members working. Highly suggested to stay here if you can. We will absolutely be back. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

Our room was not what we expected. Dark. On first level with a patio that had few plants and they called this garden view. They offered room accessible across our room that was filthy and very old few furniture. We did not use it afraid of bed bugs in the seat cushion. Location was 5/5 Breakfast was 5/5 Breakfast staffs 5/5

The first thing you have to compliment about this hotel is the staff. I was dubious as I read prior reviews. How good could they possibly be? But, they are that good. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating to whatever we needed. We had a corner suite which is a large and very nice room. Breakfast was good and I would recommend a package that includes breakfast. I would come down early and get a cup of coffee and then we would return a little later in the morning to eat. As others have noted, there are not coffee makers in the room. The rooftop area is nice, but does not have any service other than an honor bar. La Rambla is just blocks away and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. We probably liked the hotel we stayed in last year in the Gothic Quarter a little better, but this is a very good choice also
