Correspond plus à une auberge qu'à un hôtel. Murs très fins. J'ai pu profiter de la joie de vivre de mes voisins de chambre toute la nuit. Petit déjeuner facturé 14 euros très décevant (salle de repas étant un petit réfectoire, assiette en plastique, boissons chaudes très moyennes,...) Arrivée en autonomie. N'ayant pas reçu de mail de confirmation je n'avais pas obtenu le code pour entrer dans l'hôtel. Numéro de téléphone affiché en cas de soucis qui ne réponds pas. J'ai eu la chance qu'un autre client rentre dans l'hôtel pour m'ouvrir.... Propre au demeurant. Emplacement idéal, proche lieux historiques, commerces et transport. A prendre comme tel si vous voulez une auberge à un prix correct avec un excellent emplacement géographique en prévoyant de prendre votre petit déjeuner dans un des délicieux salons de thé aux alentours.

Trevligt hotell i Innerstaden. Nära till många sevärdheter och trevliga restauranger i området. Flygbuss 5 min promenad till hållplats. Bra frukost som hade det mesta. Däremot var sängarna inte de skönaste. Täcke och kudde skulle också behöva en uppdatering. Rent och vänlig personal.

The location was great. We could walk everywhere. Breakfast was average but nice to have. Comfortable bed, but my husband didn't like the pillows. The window covering didn't work properly. We had to leave the window open for air so it was quite noisy with street noise. Felt a lot like a hostel. Had everything we needed but was bare bones.

Quiet. Great location. Good simple breakfast.

This was an amazing little place located in the heart of Vienna. It is walkable to all the main attractions and is in a very safe neighborhood for solo female travelers. It is very close to all different modes of transportation so it is easy to get around if you prefer transit. Took transit to see one of the palaces that’s out of the way and was so easy to navigate. Staff was great and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Llegamos muy tarde y nos dejaron la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación en recepción. Fácil acceso. Habitación correcta, muy cerca del centro, al hacer el check out nos ofrecieron una habitación para dejar las maletas todo el día sin coste

No funcionaba a el wifi, el cristal de la regadera estaba roto (peligroso), sin aire acondicionado, estaba sucio

Overall I enjoyed my stay here. It’s near the City Center and most attractions in the city are less than 30 minutes of travel (walk or train) away. Location was great. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, check-in was easy. My one problem was the SHOWER. It looses a star for this. The shower had two temperatures - freezing cold and scalding hot. Nothing in between. And the worst part is that it would instantly switch between these temperatures with zero notice, leading to some very unpleasant experiences in the shower. If this was fixed it would be a 5 star for me.

Room needs updating. Bathroom is old and is nothing like the photos shown in the description. Mold between the bath tiles. The walls in the bedroom are dirty. The entire room needs repainting. Stayed for several nights and tv was broken, and requested for it to get fixed everyday. And until we left on the 5th day it was still broken. Noone cared to fix it. Do not recommend staying in this place.

Check in was easy, but know this is not a full service hotel as there is only someone at the desk in the morning. The hotel and room were very clean, and the continental breakfast was adequate. Our problem with the room was that the curtains in room 4 did not cover the large streetside window, so we were constantly having to cover one end of the window and not the other. Getting dressed was challenging and sometimes I just had to hope no one was looking over. The other problem was that the street was very noisy late at night, people sounding like party revelers who had been drinking and stood out in the street making noise.

Property is a very good location near everything. Easy to check in and out and a nice place to stay. I recommend it.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estadia no hotel! A localização é excelente, o quarto era espaçoso em comparação a outros quartos de solteiro que já estive. O café da manhã bem gostoso e satisfatório. Não tive grandes problemas com barulho, ao contrário de outras avaliações. As pessoas souberam se comportar. Gostei bastante do esquema de check-in, tudo foi muito simples e organizado. Recomendo a hospedagem sem excitação!

Me and another girl stayed here and I felt very safe. First time in a hostel, and it’s just like a small hotel. Quiet when we were there but just depends who else is staying there. Would stay there again I loved it! Great price as well.
