This is not a 4 star hotel - it is barely 2 star by EU standards. The staff were helpful but the property is worn down, ensuites are tiny & old, Bed linens shabby, beds uncomfortable, Tiles had chips, Breakfast was fine with GF options but ambiance is shabby & cheap.

The hotel was great! We were less than 100 yards from beach access. The hotel check in and out was fast and easy. I am an English only speaker with minimum Spanish. It was bit hard getting around the area not speaking Spanish.

Great location, next to the beach

Hade bokat en övernattning i Cadiz och betalt 3000kr för endast en natt och att få ett SPA hotell. SPA delen stängd (vi kom vid lunch) och skulle öppna dagen efter kl 10:00. Vi var vid SPA:t igen vid 09:50 enligt ök med personal för att boka in 3 behandlingar. Fick till svar att de inte kunde öppna för oss förrän 11:00 då de hade en behandling och var kort om personal. Dessutom hade de även stängt sin rooftop bar som de även skyltade med skulle vara bra.

Hotel precisa de manutenção, valor alto das diárias pelo o que o hotel oferece, cafe da manhã com custo extra e opções bem básicas. Nos hospedamos em uma suite familia, onde a persiana da suite e da sala não funcionavam e o piso da entrara do apartamento escorregava bastante, acreditamos que seja por causa de areia da praia. Os funcionários eram extremamente simpáticos, mas o hotel precisa de uma renovação.

A ver … no soy de escribir y ya llevo muchos hoteles a mi espalda… no le pueden ofrecer un sobre coste para coger una habitación más “premium” por que acaban de reformarla .. no funciona el aire y me voy y sigue así… en fin…

El apartamento amplio, con lavadora y las cosas necesarias para una estancia corta al lado del mar. Desayuno variado y para todos los gustos. El personal servicial y amable, en especial Rocío A. en los desayunos. Pastelería muy buena en la cafetería. Hotel enclave en plena playa con mucho ambiente hasta la madrugada.

La habitación, el personal del hotel como del spa super bien. No tiene visita a la playa pero está a dos minutos andando. Lo que no me gustó fué venirme del hotel. Volvemos.

We like the hotel’s location, next to the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, it is not too far to walk to the old town. The breakfast is very good.

Ok-ish hotel, close to the beach but not beachfront as the pictures imply. Almost all amenities were closed.

Personal muy amable, habitaciones muy limpias, excelente ubicación

Staff were lovely & helpful, nice position close to the beach but giad we didn’t pay for a ‘sea view’ as it would have been between two other buildings. Spa was lovely. In the main it just needed some love. It felt a bit dated and tired. Also the roof terrace is only open when there’s a concert so the great sunsets had to be observed from the beach bar

The staff was friendly, check-in was a bit slow, breakfast was very good. What stands out is the slowness and condition of the elevators and hallways, and the overall paintwork for a 4-star hotel. The location for beach season is obviously excellent.
