First, I had apparently reserved a room without a private bathroom, and they upgraded me figuring I didn't realize my mistake. I also got a river view, which was quite amazing. The staff was very kind, polite, and accommodating. Pooja was always ready with a smile and asking me if I needed anything or where I was planning to visit. One morning, I was leaving before breakfast and they made me breakfast TO GO of fresh cut fruit, sandwiches, and a smoothie. My laundry was always completed by the end of the day and was returned freshly ironed. The restaurant was on the 5th floor with an amazing 180 degree view of Risihikesh and the mountains beyond. The food was delicious-a perfect blend of spices. Breakfast was served as a buffet with many choices, and room service was delivered timely. At 4, they had High Tea which was free as well as an option at 5 to attend Arti at the Ganges. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Nice property near the Triveni Ghat. Very helpful staff. I liked their complimentary Ganga Aarti Darshan. Highly recommended.

The room was big and clean and the staff were very helpful. There is free yoga in the morning and a complimentary high tea in the afternoon.

Need some cleaning improvements

Marvelous experience, superlative hospitality, modern and updated room and features. The Sitting Elephant serves delicious meals, breakfast buffet is satisfying and the views from the restaurant and the topmost floor are breathtaking. Their staff - across the hotel - feel like family. Very genuine and kind in every respect. Highly recommend. Will be back.

EllBee Ganga view was the best hotel room I had on my entire trip! My room with a glass wall over looking the Ganges was a dream come true! Located in a wonderful area, close to all, delicious breakfast! Absolutely beautiful, Thank you for the memories EllBee!!

We had a great stay at the Ellebe View Ganga Hotel with an amazing view. The rooms were comfortable abs staff very helpful helping us through the ganga aarti and staying for a few hrs to support my elderly mother.

Me and my girlfriend spent one night at Hotel EllBee, but we wish we could've stayed longer. We had a wonderful experience! It was especially nice to meet Vikram, who works at the hotel. He puts great care into his work. We really appreciated him guiding us through the local Ganga aarti light ceremony, among many things.

The hotel is so noisy from road noise - it does not have sound proof rooms! The food is very average. It is a long way out from the centre of Rishikesh. It is close to Triveni Ghat - which is beautiful

It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Between September 11th and September 16th 2025, my fiancé and I stayed there. My rating for Room Service would be 10/10. Rakhi is a wonderful person who took great care of our room like it was her own. Your kindness is greatly appreciated, Rakhi.🤗 However, I would like to emphasize the quality of the food and the service they provide. There is a serious quality issue at this hotel, and you need to take this seriously. After eating their breakfast, I developed heavy diarrhea and got sick. It was only on our last day that my fiancé discovered a bug, and we realized it was caused by food that was fried in expired oil. I have not complained to the food inspector, but it is not safe for guests. Most of their guests were not hotel guests but they came only for breakfast. this means they are only getting this quality food.

The room was great but the hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant was expensive but nothing special!
