Abbiamo trascorso una notte all'Hotel Terminus Saint Charles di Marsiglia e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente gentile e disponibile, offrendosi persino di conservare le nostre mattonelle ghiacciate per la borsa frigo, un gesto molto apprezzato. La posizione dell'hotel è davvero strategica: si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione Saint Charles, rendendolo comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno, ed è anche vicinissimo al suggestivo Porto Vecchio, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Consigliamo vivamente l'Hotel Terminus Saint Charles per un soggiorno pratico e confortevole a Marsiglia.

夜１２時ごろ到着しましたが、問題なくチェックインできました　もっと遅いとしまっているのでインターホンを押すといいそうです　駅のエスカレーターで地下鉄におり、2番出口から横断歩道を渡ってすぐです　少し古い感じですが広々としたシンプルな部屋で問題なかったです　スタッフも感じ良かったです

Location is the biggest selling point of this hotel. It is SUPER convenient to the train station ... ~3 minute walk, so no matter what time of day you arrive, you can easily get there without having to worry about transportation. You can also store your luggage there after checkout, so if you aren't leaving the city immediately, you can go exploring and know your luggage is safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful to someone who doesn't speak French. The room itself was quiet but very basic. The bathroom ceiling had old water stains everywhere, the shower stall was very small and the tile grout was dirty. It was the kind of place you don't want to walk around barefoot. For me, the convenience outweighed the lack of amenities.

Salle de bain vétuste et un ascenseur que pour 1 personne À mon avis cet hôtel ne devrait avoir que 2 étoiles Par contre possibilité de laisser son bagage présence d une bagagerie

It is close to the train station and perfect for early morning train travel. Staff were very helpful. It was just what we needed for one night stay and early morning train. Thank you!

Location was great for train station. For elevator have to climb one flight of steps, then only 1 person with or without one suitcase could use at a time. Staff were wonderful!!!

Im kleinen Zimmer, 1. Stock, sehr laut - die Schall isolierten Fenster haben also keine große Wirkung, roch es nach Zigarren Rauch, die klospülung war kaputt, alles wirkte recht abgenutzt und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Unsicher gefühlt, sofort wieder ausgecheckt.

Hôtel très bien placé. Juste à coté de la gare. Chambre assez grande et bien équipée. Personnel très sympa.

Overall ok, however had bed bugs bites. The bathroom lacks basic toiletries, only soap is provided. Location is good, short 15 minutes walk to the old port area. service is responsive.

For anyone arriving at the Marseille Saint-Charles station, hotel location 100 meters away. Hotel staff helpful, room clean and bathroom clean/modern and shower large for European budget hotel standards. Great value for money hotel and convenient to Vieux Port and neighborhoods

Odeur d’eau croupie extrêmement forte dans la chambre, pas de proposition de dédommagement par le personnel. Je n’y retournerai pas.
