All rooms have a lake view, either from a balcony or terrace. The rooms were very comfortable , peaceful and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. The swimming pool was "refreshingly" cool and the surrounding gardens well maintained and great for relaxation.

Enjoyed our stay here. Initial problem with suite - very dated bathroom but quickly moved us to another room with a walk in shower once I expressed my disappointment. Very clean, bright room with fantastic view. Comprehensive breakfast with plenty of choice. Great staff, friendly, helpful and cheerful. Five minute walk to lake and the numerous bars &restaurants.

We were warmly welcomed by all the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary drink on arrival on the gorgeous terrace is a memory I will never forget. Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. However the best part was the balcony and the view. It was spectacular. Overlooking the lake and the beautiful well maintained gardens and pool area. Truly gorgeous and relaxing. The breakfast had everything and plentiful. The evening meals were the best restaurant food in Lake Garda. The restaurant terrace was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing and the staff were very attentive and friendly. You must go to the Gala night!!! It was amazing food and entertainment. The location was perfect and just a 4 minute walk to the centre. Thank you Villa Madrina for the most wonderful experience. Thank you also to the hotel manager for our leaving gift. It was a very kind gesture. Highly recommend to everyone.

Mycket trevligt hotell, låg perfekt till centrum och var lätt att ta sig dit med bil o parkering, tog bara 5 min att sedan gå ner till centrum

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for, and that personal touch made our stay truly memorable.

Die Unterkunft ist zu empehlen. Sie ist recht zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. In ca. 5 Min. (Fußweg) ist man am See und den Shopping Möglichkeiten. Das Hotel samt Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Accommodation was perfect, good facilities, excellent staff and hotel is located in Garda which is a central transport hub for touring.

The hotel staff were very nice, polite and helpful. They helped us book a trip and helped print off some documents I needed. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We did not use the spa area so I can't comment on that area, but the rooms, dining area, and outside pool area were very clean and pleasant. We ordered from the half board menu which was very good with dishes I would not normally make myself so that was good to try. The hotel is in a quiet area but even with my bad knees I still walked to the shops and lake in 10 minutes. We enjoyed a trip to Isola del Garda which you can go from the marina area, and a trip to Verona by bus (the bus stop is only 15 min walk away). We did not come by car but I noticed there were plenty of spaces, and an electric charging point. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Lovely clean hotel, very well located in Garda. Excellent staff. Stunning pool terrace and gardens with view to the lake. We stayed in an hibiscus suite which had a large terrace with table, chairs, two sunbeds and beautiful lake views. We had a couple of days of atrocious weather but when the sun came out it was glorious! We stayed on b&b basis as we like to try different restaurants. Breakfast was not great - most of the time eggs were cold, and there were random roast vegetables - cauliflower, courgette, green beans etc. Fruit salad option was good. Continental choices were also ok. Hotel also arranged our transfers to and from Verona airport. Return transfer with lovely driver Bianca was especially good.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf den Gardasee und den Rocco di Garda. Wunderschön! Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und dieses war üppig und lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Lovely hotel and staff

Zum vierten Mal in der Villa Madrina - und erholsam wie immer. Das Haus hat seinen ganz besonderen Charme, der einen umfängt.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel m it freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Personal. Ruhig gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum See und der Uferpromenade.

Nydelig hotell. Beliggenheten er rolig og sentralt. Hit reiser vi gjerne tilbake. Anbefales !!
