I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so beautiful, the onsen a bar and everything about it. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay here again! Just know if you get dinner out go early and make sure you realize a lot of the great restaurants are off the main road!

The staff are very nice, cordial. The location is perfect. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had a great time, wishing the weather was better. It’s very likely that we will visit again and will love to stay there again.

The Mountain View and hospitality of the staff were outstanding as was the incredibly delicious and beautifully presented food. Location was also outstanding in walking distance to town and to the national park and historical features. Highly recommend.

Traditional hotel. May appeal to others but wasn’t a good fit for my husband and I. Couldn’t use onsen because of tattoos. Wish this had been made clearer on adverts. Dated room with hard bed. Could feel springs through mattress. Invited to lounge for happy hour drinks but no one there to staff bar. Only vending machine noodles available for food and limited places open for dinner near by. Shuttle bus wouldn’t wait 2 minutes to accommodate us so ended up walking to train station 35 min walk away with all our luggage. Generally disappointing and wouldn’t return or recommend.

Friendly staff, great service and very clean rooms! They really make you feel at home.

Great space, price, and staff. Area is amazing and views are stunning. One caveat will be the beds. I think the hotel should upgrade the beds because it was not so comfortable to sleep in

日光へ行く際はいつも千姫と決めています。 歩いて東照宮、神橋周辺の観光ができ、とても便利です。 お部屋も清潔にされており、何より食事が美味しく品数も多いです。お部屋食かもしくは個室での食事のため、他の方を気にすることなく家族でゆっくりとした時間を過ごせました。 今回は残念ながら雨の日だったのですが、着いた時には従業員の方が折り畳み傘用の袋を用意してお迎えくださり小さな心配りに嬉しくなりました。また、夜ラウンジの横でピアノの演奏されているのですが、曲のリクエストをすることができました。リクエストした曲を素敵に弾いてくださり良い旅の思い出になりました。

ととも良かったです。快適に過ごすことができました。食事も美味しかったです。

食事がおいしく、量も丁度よかったです。中居さんも言葉遣い、対応ともにすばらしい。

夕食も朝食も個室、お料理も非常においしかったです。 最高です。 お部屋も広く畳も新品で、とても快適でした。温泉も充実していました。　 日光に訪れることがあればお勧めしたい宿です。

食事が美味しくて最高でした地酒も美味かったし　窓からの景色も良くて　ラウンジでのピアノ演奏に酔いしれて優雅な一時を過ごす事が出来て…スタッフさんの対応が良くて また、お邪魔させて頂きますね。

The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko.
