Enjoyed the AC after walking in the heat from the train station. Room was a good size and enough space for my stuff. The washroom had a large step into the bathroom so be careful if you get this room on the main floor. Staff was very helpful.

Top Lage, mitten im Stadtzentrum. Sehr nette Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstückslokalität im Kellerverlies.

Der Check in war schwierig. Die Rezeption war bei meiner Ankunft um 15 Uhr nicht besetzt. Ich musste das Hotel anrufen damit jemand kommt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Leider ging das Fenster in einen geschlossenen Innenhof so dass keine Frischluftzufuhr möglich war. Dadurch war die Luft im Zimmer sehr stickig und ich konnte schlecht schlafen. Das Frühstück war das Geld nicht wert (10 Euro), aber okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

We didnt come for the hotel room. It was decent size. Little bit of noice between rooms. Location good - and reasonably easy to find parking. Still good value for the low price we paid.

Außer, dass man das Wasser lange laufen lassen musste um zu Duschen und Warm/Kaltwasser verkehrt angeschlossen waren, war das Andere alles super 😀 Danke, gerne wieder

Es gab nichts zu trinken - Frühstück erst ab 0830 Uhr - das geht normalerweise gar nicht. Auswahl und Menge an Wurst und Käse sehr begrenzt. Check in - war nicht ganz einfach!!! F

Kahden rock-festarin keskellä oli aika meluisaa. Hotellin ilmastointikin oli äänekäs, joten täydellistä rauhaa ei löytynyt. Muuten mukavaa ja ystävällistä.

The two of us stayed in a room with plenty of space. No complaints about the room, although if you're used to them providing shampoo, etc., only packets of shower gel are provided. From the street, you walk down an interesting plant-filled corridor with a few small businesses, including a money exchange desk. The staff is very friendly and quick. We did not use the café in the hotel, but it looked nice. Breakfast was a bit pricey at 8 Euros, so we just went to one of many local cafes for breakfast. The location is about 35m from the main square and the riverfront walk is maybe 75m the other direction. The Pilsner Urquell Museum is a few blocks away. The only complaint is, while it's great to be able to park right outside the hotel door on the street, and it's free from 7pm to 7am, getting up early to put money in the machine for a parking pass is not too fun. Great place to stay overall though.

Vi bestilte vores ophold undervejs på rundrejse i Tjekkiet. Modtagelsen på hotellet var ok, men ret mekanisk. Vi boede på et dejlig stort værelse på anden sal. Ret mørkt og kun udsigt til gårdspladsen ved kirken ved siden af. Ingen kirkeklokker til at forstyrre. Værelset var godt indrettet med god skabsplads og lille siddeområde. Hovedpuderne var lidt hårde. På det meget store badeværelse med stort karbad og to vaske var belysningen meget sparsom. Morgenmaden, som ikke var med i prisen, var ok, men kaffen var lunken. Alt i alt et hyggeligt hotel lige i centrum. Dog kan det være et problem at parkere. Vi var der i en weekend, hvor parkeringen er gratis, men vi måtte holde et par hundrede meter væk og var faktisk lidt usikre på skiltningens betydning på pladsen.

Great location! It sits in the center of historic old town, minutes away from many tourist attractions. I received excellent service during my check-in at the reception, namely from Helena, who was very friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. Room was pretty basic and in need of a good dusting, but overall I would recommend this place.

Many simple thing were broken (towel rack, soap dispenser, sink) Parking is difficult

Great hotel 20m from the main square. Perfect walking distance from Plzèn's main attractions. I've stayed here several times and highly recommend it. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
