Hotel was super new in well appointed. Guest amenities were awesome, including lovely soaps and emotions. Parking was awesome! Great location, beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best place I have stayed in Banff. Besides the road construction outside the hotel (not in their control) it was a perfect stay. Will absolutely be booking here again.

Beautiful, new property in probably the best location in town. Nice walk in shower in all the rooms (I saw the basic room as well as the top floor 1 bedroom). Close to the best restaurant and Banff Ave. Great staff too.

Had plates, cutlery, etc but no pots or pans. No restaurant in hotel.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very quiet rooms. We booked the back alley view cause were in Banff and why should we care about the view inside our room lol. Comments regarding the view from the room is bs, just go outside and stare at the view instead. Loved the parkade, kept my truck nice and warm Overall enjoyed the stay, will be back next time!

Very nicely styled modern mountain hotel. Property and the room were both really nice. We loved that you have access to the hot tub and steam room across the road at Banff Park Lodge as they are among the best in Banff.

The pool was in their sister property accross the street, not very convenient. But it was overall a nice stay!

Parking safe and easy. Beautiful brunch across the street at Crave restaurant. Comfortable bed and cozy room too. Walkable stay.
