Una joya en Holbox, con servicio excepcional Mi estancia en Hotel Las Nubes fue simplemente inolvidable. El lugar es precioso, muy bien ubicado y con un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable y profesional. La comida del restaurante es espectacular, y la encargada del restaurante realiza un trabajo impecable. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Rose, del Front Office, y a José, del SPA, por su calidez y atención. También destaco la labor del gerente del hotel, siempre presente y atento a cada detalle. Me voy feliz y sin duda… voy a regresar. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi visita una experiencia tan especial!

Muy limpio y responsable con el medio ambiente; personal de limpieza y recepcion excelente , servicio en Restaurant 3/5 ; y aún no me envían mi factura

Regular servicio

Property was clean and slightly dated. The reviews I read said to avoid this hotel because their staff and their attentiveness was lacking. I’m a laid back traveler and just assumed those who wrote those reviews were more high maintenance than me…they were not! Staff is in zero hurry..takes the expression island time to a new level! The beach…mostly the sandbars that came with low tide were stunning though!!

Not what I was expecting

Beautiful location but poorly managed

El servicio está pésimo, La atención es de lo peor el personal allí está muy mal los alimentos están de lo peor y sobre todo caro, llegar al punto de no poder servir el desayuno por falta de gas que coordinación tienen en ese lugar, los chicos de recepción estaban peleando entre ellos el chek in fue súper tarde tardaron mucho en entregar la habitación y al chek out literal nos hecharpn arena en los pies cuando estaban haciendo limpieza. En general es el peor alojamiento que he podido usar las instalaciones están muy viejas todo está mal en ese lugar no se como aún puede existir lástima que tiene una ubicación privilegiada.

El hotel es muy lindo, queda retirado del centro del pueblo. El aire acondicionado necesitaba mantenimiento

First review ever, but i must: This properly was maybe a beautiful space when built , but current management was shockingly unprofessional and unhelpful, i would go as far as rude. Really terrible experience (and we had their best suite!). *couldt find the key to room safe until late 1st night… so we couldnt leave… *They didnt even offer us / direct us to the drinking water supply without hassle… im pretty sure that would be a level 1 hotel operation anywhere in mexico… * construction w power tools near pool - unadvertised - and flatly rude response when i asked duration of work. * no bicycles available as sold in amenities and they told us “go rent some for $35” * room wasnt cleaned until after 5pm and no towels left in room, then literally an hour to find us a bath towel ! (Again, best suite) and to follow it up, they asked me to write to their manager (who was “unavailable” for our 3 day stay…) , they then simply did not reply with even an acknowledgment of receipt of the communication. Horrible. This was a truly distasteful experience for us, and it happened to be a 40th birthday trip. The island is beautiful. Avoid this hotel.

The check-in was supposed to be at 3:00pm, but when I attempted to do the check-in they told me that the check-in was some time after 3:00 could be 3:00 or 4, or some time. Every time when I asked them for an update they looked at me like I was bothering them. When they finally gave me the room at 4:30 we were tired and hungry but the kitchen was closed. They are obviously short of staff. In conclusion, If you are looking for a nice place to relax this not the right place to go to.

Muy bonita buena comida buen servicio exelente atención

I have had bad service in the restaurant two different stays now. I had one good stay a few years ago so I gave them another chance. Bad service, attitude, slow. I will never stay here again.
