Loved the location and the hotel!

Beautiful room and great location

Inget varmvatten. Fick duscha i kallvatten. Frukosten saknade kaffe, bestick, pålägg, bröd, porslin m.m köket var obemannat. En ensam kvinna i receptionen räckte inte till för alla gäster och att sköta köket. Hela hotellet saknade varmvatten och alla gäster hade klagat för henne.

Great location and friendly welcome

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. I felt very welcome and will definitely come back!

Had a great 2 night stay at this property! It is a very nice quaint boutique hotel in an upscale residential area. There was some construction on the street (for a different building), however, this did not affect our stay at all. It is very close to public transportation. There are lots of cafés and restaurants near the hotel. The front desk staff were amazing, they were very helpful and responsive. There is someone at the front desk 24/7. The room was very clean but a bit small, however, this is pretty standard for Europe. There is a safe in the room, however, no refrigerator. The front desk staff were able to refrigerate a few items for us. There is also an elevator. The breakfast was great – there is a coffee machine and water/juice station that is available 24/7. For breakfast they had pastries, toast, cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and ham. Overall, had an excellent stay and recommend!

El mejor lugar que pude elegir para mis vacaciones en Amsterdam… muy cálidos, amables, la propiedad increíble.

The king room was a great size and had a massive bed. Great shower and towels. On our arrival the reception staff member was not very accommodating. Great area and nice neighbourhood.

Situé dans un quartier typique et calme non loin d'une rue où se trouvent plusieurs restaurants et une supérette et à côté du parc. Station de tram a 5mn. Chambres et sdb coquettes joliment rénovées Très bonne literie, le tout propre sauf sol moyens et couloirs bofs. Bon café, thé, tisanes à disposition gratuitement à toute heure en salle de petit dejeuner. Pas de réfrigérateur Attention il y a des chambres en sous-sol sol sans fenêtres mais elles sont repérables.

Vores værelse med en queensize-seng var latterligt lille. Der var ingen plads til at passere hinanden nogen steder i værelset, og kufferterne kunne slet ikke være nogen steder. Badeværelset var heller ikke lavet så smart. En matteret glasskydedør, så man kunne høre og næsten se alt - farvel til privatliv. Brusehovedet var installeret på den korte side i kabinen, så man intet plads havde til at vaske sig og konstant slog albuen. Vandhanen sad så løst, at vi måtte være ekstra forsigtige hver gang vi åbnede og lukkede for vandet, af frygt for at ødelægge den yderligere. Der sad en sensor i loftlampen på badeværelset, som tændte for lyset, når man gik ind. Men hvis man står i brusekabinen i mere end 1 minut, så slukker lyset og man bader i mørket. Vi ledte forgæves efter en stikkontakt, så man manuelt kunne slukke og tænde lyset, men uden held. Rengøringen var tvivlsom. Vi blev ved med at finde sorte krøllede hår i vores håndklæder - ingen af os har sorte krøller. Det var vist længe siden at man havde vasket væggene ned, da der var sorte striber og fedtfingre på dem. Servicen var i det mindste fin. Personalet var flinke til at hjælpe, og ind- og udtjekning var intet problem.

Room size is just ridiculous and the design is very ascetic. However, the bed is very comfortable and the A/C works well: slept well that night.

Hotel macht einen einfachen, aber sauberen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind klein und haben wenig Stauraum für Gepäck oder Ähnliches. Es ist aber alles da, Tresor, schöne Dusche, Fön auf Anfrage, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Frühstücksraum ist nicht besonders ansprechend, wirkt wie eine Kantine, doch es gibt einen Bereich im Freien, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Das Personal war durchgehend jung, freundlich und hilfsbereit, zum Teil auch sehr lustig! Die haben mir sehr gefallen. An einem Morgen gab es im ganzen Hotel kein warmes Wasser, das wurde aber umgehend behoben. Dafür gab es das Frühstück kostenlos - gut gemacht!

Very nice staff and good hotel, very clean and comfortable. Free coffee and tea all day, continental breakfast can be added optionally. 17 min drive from the airport (around 50€ in taxi). Good location, calm. The only downside was that the showers were cold in the morning, but this was an exception.

Great hotel, clean. Rooms designed well for space. Close to Vondelpark and Tram/Bus stops. Breakfast was included which is great. 24hr access to tea/coffee/juice/water. Staff willing to warm food in microwave. No fridge in room, no laundry service available in hotel. Safe present in room. They facilitated early check-in at request.

Very nice

This is a nice, clean, simple hotel. Modern fixtures. Great staff. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood right near Vondelpark which is a nice walk to the Rijksmuseum. The park is well used by joggers, cyclists and dogs. It’s lovely. For sure I would stay again.

Really liked the location - close to VondelPark Note: the rooms are small, but that is typical of Amsterdam

We loved the daily breakfast that was included and how close everything was to the hotel. Vondelpark is literally a 2 minute walk away and that was a great bonus. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes, grocery stores near by. The tram stop to take you to the city center was about a 5 min walk as well as other bus lines. There were actually a few other tram lines you can walk to. The staff was super helpful. We stayed a little over a week.
