Las instalaciones ya se ven viejas, la madera muy deteriorada, aunque. La atención en general fue aceptable fue un viaje muy lejano en donde esperábamos más por el precio comparativo con otros hoteles, el shuttle al centro comercial es una pérdida de tiempo para ir a un duty free, las albercas si están muy bien!! Había gente trabajando en la alberca principal por lo que no había mucha paz. El desayuno muy bien y la comida también. Nunca pudimos coordinar el estudio fotográfico y nos compensaron con una botella y fruta lo cual se agradece pero es algo que podríamos comprar en cualquier lado, en cambio las fotos en el hotel son irrepetibles sobre todo para un viaje de una vez en la vida como es desde México. Se entiende que no hay control sobre las condiciones climatológicas, pero sí sobre la experiencia en esas condiciones, creo que podían hacer un esfuerzo por ofrecernos el estudio fotográfico en otro horario. La comunicación fue complicada casi nadie habla inglés y los traductores no son muy precisos.

Snorkeling directly on a coral reef was great. The food was way too expensive so very few seemed to eat at the hotel and ordered food in. The breakfast buffet was top notch!

Where do I begin. I am as shocked at the state of my room. In need of a serious refurb. Some parts were dilapidated. Window blinds threadbare etc. it definitely should have a mandarin oriental brand and seriously begrudge paying the rate I was charged. Doesn’t compare to the other sister hotels

Beautiful, quiet, friendly

The complex is a little jaded but the guest service is the best I have ever experienced..and I travel a lot. All staff very friendly and the whole place was extremely clean.

2nd time staying at the same resort and actually the same room. Great environment and friendly staff. Stayed in the resort for all 4 days!

If you are a Mandarin Fan don’t go there because you will be very disappointed the Hotel is really run down nothing to do with othe MO Hotels

三亞最好的酒店。法國餐廳非常棒，而且再落沙灘邊上，欣賞日落美景一流。

호텔 조용하고 좋습니다

酒店的服務真的沒話說。泳池，沙灘，林木小路，不需要出去，光是待在裡面就很舒服放鬆。早餐種類也很豐富。其他餐食就是價格高了點，而且不是太值得。

Das Mandarin Oriental ist ein wunderschöner Resort, bei dem kaum Wünsche offen bleiben. Auf der Plus-Seite: Komfortable Zimmer, freundlicher Service, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Minus-Seite: Der Resort liegt etwas abgelegen, am Ende einer militärisch genutzten Straße, sodaß man auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen ist um in die Stadt zu kommen. Der Strand ist steinig und felsig, also nichts für Sand-Freunde.

This is the Mandarin Oriental at $300/night, so of course I hold them to a higher standard. The hotel room and views were amazing - the grounds are nice, and the amenities are great. But the service isn't what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The foreign staff were great: Mihai at the reception helped get us into our room when it seemed the Chinese staff were bumbling through our check-in process, and went out of his way to make things go smoothly, especially at check-in. Seems that as Chinese hotels have cut back on foreign staff, the service has decreased, with several small but noticeable moments that stood out: 1. Withing 5 minutes of checking into our room, a service worker arrived unannounced and had to come in to change a lightbulb - something that should have been taken care of before our arrival, and certainly could have come with a phone call to warn us. 2. We stepped out of our room and noticed an emply cart passing, and asked "Can you please take us to the beach?" The driver simply said "No." and drove off... Was kinda surprised that he didn't at least offer to call us a ride. 3. At the restaurant "Fresh", the staff were fairly clueless as to how to describe the portion size, and struggled to open a bottle of beer. 4. At breakfast they took our orders for coffee, and after 10 minutes no coffee had arrived. I put in a second order, and they got very nervous and put some urgency in delivering our coffee - when it arrived it wasn't the right order.

Eu não tinha ideia de que havia um paraíso como Sanya na China, a cidade leva o nome de Havaí chinês e não é à toa, a cor do mar é indescritível. O Mandarin Oriental é completo, com varias opções de restaurantes e nem vale sair do hotel, ainda mais que os restaurantes mais legais de Sanya estão afastados do Mandarin. Agradecimentos especiais a Belinda Chen, da área de relações públicas do hotel, nos preparou algumas surpresas por ser nosso aniversário de 10 anos de casamento. As instalações do hotel são perfeitas, piscinas maravilhosas, restaurantes incrível, café da manhã dos sonhos. O SPA é premiado, sendo o melhor da China em 2018. O hotel ainda conta com uma agradável praia particular. Indico o Mandarin Oriental de Sanya de olhos fechados.

服務好，風景不錯，但設施太舊，食物水準強差人意。

Tolle Anlage mit einem hervorragendem Team. Alle herzlich und „die Wünsche von den Augen ablesend“. Für ein paar ruhige Tage - inklusive Erwachsenem-Pool - sehr empfehlenswert. Auch die Restaurants waren kulinarisch wie servicetechnisch sehr gut. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis.

일단 직원들의 친절도는 세계최고인듯 합니다. 넓고 깨끗하며 바다를 바라보며 펼쳐진 수영장은 더할나위없이 좋습니다. 직원들 수준이 전반적으로 높은편이라 어느정도 영어는 다 되고 한국말 가능한 직원분도 계십니다.시설 또한 부족함이 없어 만족도가 상당히 높은편입니다. 요리 또한 중국향신료 냄세가 없어서 아주 맛있었습니다.단지 아쉬운건 리조트밖에서는 할게 별로 없다는겁니다.
