Loved our stay here! Quirky and fun touches all around the hotel. Had elderly mother. The lovely guy at reception, Danielle? went above and beyond to help her and us with her luggage. Very welcoming and kind. Super start to our break.

Wir waren 3 Tage auf Business Trip und fanden die Lage und die Hoteldetails super. Sehr geschmackvoll, richtiges Boutiquehotel. Wer einen stilvollen Danish Modern Stil sucht in einem außergewöhnlichen Gebäude mit viel Kunst, ist richtig. Unsere Suite war riesigig. Pool gut 14 Meter. Fitness auch gut. Personal super.

Converted town hall into a hotel. Nice amenities and very close to underground transportation.

Enjoyed the pool and excellent facilities in family room

Lovely staff who were very helpful when checking in and recommending locals spots for a drink and a quick bite of food. The pool was nice, opened early (6 am) and closed late (midnight) which meant there was plenty of times to visit and avoid too many other guest. Slightly noisy from the hallway but otherwise no problem with disturbances.

Litt skuffet over at rommet var under bakkeplan, og det ikke var fungerende air condition på rommet. De var behjelpelig med å skaffe vifte, men det gjorde ikke rommet noe kaldere. Ellers bra gym og badebasseng. Veldig hyggelig personal og bygget var meget vakkert!

We had a great stay with our 6 year old daughter! The one-bedroom suite was large, comfortable and quiet. The fitness room and pool were excellent. We also loved the food and ambiance at the restaurant Eli’s. We fell in love with the neighborhood. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops and parks. We also enjoyed the proximity to other charming neighborhoods in London. Advice: (1) The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood but take into consideration where in London you’ll be traveling to during your stay as it’s a little far away from certain neighborhoods and tourist sites. We didn’t mind, given how nearby the bus and tube are, but others may want to consider this carefully. (2) If you have kids, don’t miss out on the Young V & A which is minutes away by foot. Many activities for kids there, and it was engaging for us adults as well. Also: it’s Free!!

It was a mixed bag. The rooms are large and comfortable, the air conditioning is very effective and the swimming pool and gym are great. But the ground floor rooms are very noisy, the breakfast was disappointing and my room was not cleaned until late afternoon, which is far from ideal.

Had an excellent stay at Town Hall. Rooms were huge by London standards, nicely decorated and laid out, excellent amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoy the room and the pool.

Room was clean same as the rest of the hotel , breakfast isn’t included but there was a libel restaurant in the hotel were you can have breakfast, brunch drinks etc . Breakfast was delicious. Pool was clean , robes and towels are provided and in the rooms there is aircon, body wash , body cream , soap and shampoo . We were in room 220 and it was spacious, with a kitchen , microwave, fridge , two bottles of water , dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower. The bathroom was a bit hot due to the window no having curtains and the fun was hitting on the window. I don’t think aircon was connected to the bathroom. Comfy beds and clean sheets. Bottle of wine was gifted to us on arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly Definitely going back .

Exquisite! Large room and separate bedroom. Kitchen and laundry are good.

Very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were lovely, the hotel felt really exclusive. We had loads of space in our suite. They had forgotten to organise a separate bed, but they sorted it all out super quickly.
