Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable.

We booked a deluxe room with a deep bath and a queen bed. They gave us a ro with a shower and 2 single beds. The AC didn't work neither the TV. We asked for another room. They sent us to a new room without a bath and still with 2 single bed. At the end of our stay, they charged us 5euros due to city taxes, even though we had already paid taxes... I wouldn't come back

Good value for money hotel/resort with very close access to the sea. Positive experience.

Nada especial. Muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Falta de autocontrol, al llegar a la habitación el teléfono no funcionaba, uno de los 2 controles de A/C estaba fijo en una temperatura y tampoco funcionaba el secador de pelo. Se reclamó a recepción, repararon el control del A/C y el secador de pelo pero el teléfono siguió sin funcionar.

Tolle Lage, da an einem ruhigeren Strand. Sonst etwas abgelegen vom "Leben", aber jeder hat andere Wünsche etc.

El lugar es muy bonito y como la cuidad es caminable, está todo cerca. La comida no es muy buena El dormitorio comodo

Un magnifique hôtel, néanmoins alors qu’il était indiqué vue partielle jardin, nous nous sommes retrouvés sur le côté rue et très incommodés tôt le matin par la circulation et les travaux dans une maison en face. Au niveau restauration, c’est correct.

Entspannte Atmosphäre in einem tollen mediterranen Garten.

Schade, dass Poolanlage sehr klein gehalten wird. Für die Kinder wird auf dem Gebiet nicht viel angeboten. Das Angebot an Essen ist gut und alles in frischer Qualität. Schade, dass es kaum Alternativen zu veganer Ernährung gibt, und allgemein sehr wenig zuckerfreie, gesündere Alternativen für den Kaffee und auf dem Frühstückstisch gibt. Die Zimmer sind mit allem notwendigen Equipment ausgestattet.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage, die sehr gepflegt wirkt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und serviceorientiert. Die Coronaauflagen wurden durch das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen konsequent beachtet, nur haben manche Gäste ihre Masken bei den Mahlzeiten wohl vergessen.

This hotel is really lovely. The rooms are nice and spacious, clean and bright with an amazing view from the balcony. It was in a lovely peaceful, quiet location within walking distance to the centre and the lovely harbour. The food is excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely, smart and modern. We stayed in the restored Villa Vela Luka right next to the sea, with a view of sparkling sea glinting through the trees. The beach is right there, with a smart beach bar, and a path to the village centre. Its about 15 minutes to walk to the harbour, along a well lit residential road. The restaurant is very spacious with lots of choice. A great place for a chillout holiday

Séjour positif, pour nous qui sommes restés 2nuitees dans cet hôtel. Assez bien située non loin du port, il'y a au choix piscine ou petite crique. L'atout de l'hôtel reste le cadre et le jardin qui traverse l'hôtel. Bémol, le. personnel ne dit pas bonjour ou presque hormis la femme de ménage.

Très bon hôtel, trés propre, personnel agréable et trés gentil. Chambres spacieuses dans le bâtiment principal (un grand lit et une fauteuil dépliable pour enfant). Vue mer génial (au 2e étage). L’hôtel est proche de la plage mais suffisamment au calme. L’hôtel se trouve un peu loin du port, 20 bonnes minutes de marche pour adulte. Peu d'activités proposées le soir. Nourriture de bonne qualité
