1. The AC/air circulation was extremely noisy. The matress was old and not firm at all.
2. I was not able to get a wake-up call - so missed my flight.
3. Greetings at front desk was very cold and only focused on the rules and no attention to how this might affect me (early arrival requested). And there was no on site coffee shop so I could sit and relax from travel while waiting 4 1/2 hours for my room. When I called to check whether the room was ready, the front desk attendant dropped my call, and I could hardly hear her when i called again.
I also want to say that I am a pretty flexible traveller, and that this is the first time ever that I've needed to express my concerns.
